This app cannot chew gum and walk! Itβs really limited and not user friendly. Users canβt verify if a punch went through which creates a whole myriad of problems, complaints, bad feelings, with a morale+productivity crushing experience to be had by all from the suits at the top on down to the workers in the field. About Time is word up because Itβs ABOUT TIME this mess is upgraded to serve the demands of the 21st Century Workplace. Thatβs what time it is, for sure.
No way to leave a note when clocking out

You can leave a note when clocking in BUT not when clocking out. I mean, why would it be like that?? Clocking in happens BEFORE anything happens that would be more worthy. Web clock notes only appear the day after syncing. After using it a few years now it definitely shows why it has a 2 star rating.

App is great when itβs working. Quick and easy to use. Unfortunately it routinely stops working. Cant sync, get error when logging on. This is a weekly occurrence.
