When I saw that you had PineApp, I thought great Baptist all in one place. First off, I tried to enter my pharmacy information twice and it would not take it. Then I thought let me see my test results. Absolutely nothing there. Then I wanted to see Baptist physicians. Again nothing was there. PineApp is just taking up room on my phone and I am deleting it.

There is no way to print out ALL scheduled appointments that show purpose and location
on one or two pages. You gotta fix this. Cancer patients have many appointments over months.
I don’t need pictures of people who have been caring for me for the past two years. Apparently
you hav never been a cancer patient.

I can’t believe Baptist Health has such a crappy app for their patient. By far this is the worst, it gives errors for anything you request, it only has test records for 6 month at a time instead of by year, so I can’t compare how our levels are doing. Whoever created this has not the patient in mind or doesn’t know what it doing.

I have to log in every time on my computer to be able to message the providers on the this app/patient portal. I frequently communicate with my doctor through that method and on PineApp it never loads and it’s a hassle since I mostly always have my phone on me. Please fix this and I’ll fix my rating. Thank you.

I cannot believe a professional was involved with develop PineApp. I keep getting messages from Baptist Health that I have lab results to view, and it directs me to PineApp. And there’s…nothing. I doesn’t show any of my appointments, no doctor information, no results at all. And half of the time, it tells me my password is incorrect, when it’s one I saved on my IPhone. This is so frustrating.

The this app is as bad as Baptist Health is good, and Baptist health is excellent. PineApp provides little to no proper functionality, especially relative to similar Apps from other local hospitals. Information added to PineApp does not make it to the departments making any updates rather useless. Pre-registering on PineApp also does not actually pre-register the patient as the work will be duplicated upon arrival for an appointment. Documents uploaded in PineApp are not available to Baptist employees requiring the same document to be resubmitted upon arrival.
by Dsleiman
This new app is a mess, does not allow you to see your lab results straight, instead you have to open each category. Also it does not allow you to add your appointments to the google calendar.
The previous app called My Baptist Health was way better but they discontinued it and force us to use the Pine App.

PineApp is horrible. I once had real-time access to any records and now am unable to access anything. An message that an error occurred and to navigate away from the page. This is horrible as we have monitored an ongoing health issue and now are unable to. Not what I expect from Baptist.
by Sanjojones
A lot of PineApp is fine but diagnostic reports has been showing an error message for the past month. Their new web site is the same (I was directed there by a Baptist Pine App employee). Older reports from January, once available by PineApp , are not not showing up. The old portal worked fine..
by Lmdvet
PineApp has been awful for me... I have had it over a year and it glitches and does not work 99.9% of the time.
It always shows a message stating that the medical records system is down, and I cannot request any appts or refills.... it is extremely frustrating.
I have deleted it and re- downloaded it multiple times to see if that would resolve the issue and it has not.

This application is not only not showing the medical records all the time. I CREATED 3 Duplicate account with same name and information. I called the phone number with the this app support they were amazing but PineApp is not user friendly at all.

Do not believe the waiting times, we went to the Brickell urgent care, where PineApp said up to 15m wait time, and once there the waiting was 2h !!
by DannyC_____
Took almost 24 hours to get a prescription to a pharmacy. Customer service is terrible.
by HITSalesManager
The address for Baptist Health Diagnostic Center West Kendall is wrong!!!
I almost missed my appointment and had to pay for two Ubers. There’s no place on app to report bugs. Please fix!
by Flori-da
PineApp also took too long to upload and stalled when I wanted to change my insurance updates. I was so frustrated I did it in person at the hospital.
by Won't Post W/o A Nickname
When I open PineApp , it has a message about managing location services, but when I hit that button, nothing happens. I’ve already enabled location services in my settings app. The this app is useless.
by Chrismandotcom
Spent 4 hours in ER waiting and left for other hospital. Prior to check-in, app said less than 1 hour wait time. Throughout the entire wait time the estimate was never over 1 hr 30, it even dropped to 30 minutes! Ultimately after inquiring to the front desk they told us people had been waiting for 8 hours! Not only is that an unacceptable wait time for medical help, PineApp deceived people into CHOOSING a Baptist facility under the impression they'll get care within a reasonable time. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH and False Advertising.

I’ve used MyChart apps from other providers throughout the country and I can say this is the worst. Information available is limited and in my current case, despite going to same doctor with same information as usual, it says my doctor doesn’t take my insurance and doesn’t let me schedule an appointment. If I try too many times to derive how I may have mischaracterized my super vanilla health insurance, the screen goes black. It takes a few attempts at restarting PineApp for it to not display a black screen. I always avoided using PineApp in the past and will continue to do so.
by Mygraciecat
The other app they no longer use had my appointments at wound center, I no longer access it. It doesn’t give you information to contact anyone. Other app was better.
by Itsaboutus
The sign on process is very frustrating. Unable to sign in most of the time , even by calling the support number given . Many patients reply on this new app which unfortunately is not up to par in the slightest compare to my Baptist health. Net
Developers should do a better job .
Thank you !
by Ciaviper
This could be a great app if it allowed one to make appointments. Since PineApp will not retain my insurance information, it stalls right there.
I do enjoy access to my lab work. That’s about all I can do with PineApp. Access my lab work which is already available on the hospital website.
by Bob16934
Can’t get it to come up. IOS is current. Deleted and reinstalled - same result. Deleted PineApp .
Edit: app doesn’t work with VPN. If I bring down VPN, it comes up.
by Userpatient
Sending messages doesn’t work; have to do online. Keeps asking to add health insurance card yet tells me already added and then black screen so had to remove app and download again. Needs to be more like MyChart.
by Kemner901
Previously was able to see lab results and compare. Now, can search labs during six month time frames only. Makes it very difficult to find previous lab results if you don’t know dates you had them done.

I like using PineApp, but recently, the experience with Baptist Health has been frustrating. There's an overload of texts and emails for co-payments, pre-registration, orders, reminders, and more; you name it, and Baptist is sms’ing me about it. It's too much, especially compared to other health organizations where I don't face this issue. It feels like the focus has shifted more to payments than patient care. The constant communication - over 12 times in three days - is overwhelming. My family and I, all frequent visitors, are experiencing this too. It's a recent change that's not working. Other places like the University of Miami don't do this. Please reconsider your approach. It's important to treat patients better; PLEASE STOP.

PineApp is slow and the notifications that pop up and block the view of what you’re trying to look at, sometimes aren’t removed when you click the “x”.
by Pwrbecks
Quick way to know wait times and nearest locations of different facilities at your finger tips.
by Island Twin
PineApp is easy to use and includes all the locations. If it would include a feature that locates where you are on the campus of a hospital and which buildings are near it would improve the customer experience.
by Bobalious
PineApp doesn’t give enough information
about appointments. App doesn’t tell you where to go nor what you are scheduled to do.
I really liked the previous app; gave you the complete information. I have to call Baptist scheduling to find out for sure what’s scheduled for me.
by Trayken
I’ve had issues sending messages to my providers since I first started using the this app. It appears to have recently been resolved, for which I am very grateful. Aside from that, I think it’s great! I love having access to all my records and appointments in one place.

When you have the privilege of being a Baptist employee and at same time you need like a patient receiving medical service here, you feel satisfied because of good care you have here…
Congratulations physician and employees of MCI and whole Baptist System!
by BonnieRebel
PineApp is user friendly, for any level. The format and layout is simple. The reports load quickly. Love that I have access to my medical notes, later in the day, the same day as my appointments.
by Jaqthemailer
PineApp was super stable every time I used it. It never lagged or crashed. Inputting information was quick and easy, and it’s aesthetically pleasing too. Wished other establishments offered a consistently reliable app like this one.

First time using PineApp for my telehealth visit. A few clicks later I was face to face with the doctor. So convenient. I’ll be using this as my go to in the future.
by Sound Surgeon
I saw a Baptist Dr in 2020 and I now saw a UM Dr in 2024 and I wasn’t able to show him my test results from that Baptist visit.
Why: because I had to remember When I went to see the doctor with in a 6month windows for the lab and diagnostic results to be searchable.
This vs other apps that just show you, your results.
Please advise if your looking into correcting that. Why do we as patients have to remember a time of consult to see our records in PineApp .
Your support in looking into this is greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
John T

From uploading my prescription, to making my appointment, to pre-registering before my appointment - everything was smooth and in the system for the on-site staff. Beautiful!

I’ve had PineApp for a while and it’s been great to see it grow into something highly useful that meets my needs. I can now schedule appointments, track my records, and find services near me. It’s become my go-to app for my health needs.
by Puppy Babbies
I love that I can get info on my health by just utilizing my face id!
I had a couple procedures done on Saturday and already got my results, without having to wait until I go to the doctor.
by SteveWaldman
I installed PineApp when I arrived and was all set up and checked in within 5 minutes.
by Jescala
I love having the ability to find the nearest emergency room or urgent care center with the shortest wait times right in my pocket. No need to guess when seconds count!
by Ani Roc22
Excellent resource for patients to be able to solve issues quickly

Fantastic app - what a great service to offer the South Florida community. Making access to healthcare that much more convenient. Just one more way Baptist Health earns my family's loyalty!
by Yroldan99
If you live in south Florida and more important if you have a family. PineApp performs well, is not bogged down with annoying ads, good organization of information and feature set.
by Mini Melau
Very convenient and it updates very accurate waiting times. A really great tool for emergencies!! Anyone in So. Florida with an iphone should get PineApp!!!
by Danarius
Downloaded to my iPad 2. For using to find out wait time, it does match the web page that has the same times listed, such as 15 minutes. If both are inaccurate, I dunno. I like for the addresses, maps, and other available information. For me, better than a basic bookmark that takes time to find.
by Kitcat4
PineApp is clean, easy to maneuver and makes finding what you need simple and convenient. I love the wait times for more than just the hospitals with this SoFL traffic is a potential lifesaver! Thank you for making an app worth using👍🏿🚑🚨
by Prock13
Having a quick listing of Urgent Care Centers in my area is extremely useful. And combined with the wait times, it really makes it easy to decide which one to go to.
Definitely an app that I will keep handy and refer to friends and family.

I'm so grateful for PineApp! Especially since I've been worried about my mother's health lately and I just began driving... So knowing the locations of Baptist Hospitals in South Florida (especially the closest ones to your house) REALLY helps. Thank you guys so much for PineApp, now I know I am one step further in caring for my mother and keeping her healthy. God bless <3
by Uncas1313
At first released it was so darn clunky. Now it still has some glitches and relatively lon delay loading data. Keep polishing the program and integrate with Doximity, labcorp, and other programs and you have a winner. Cross platform development is essential to best outcomes.
by __jackiem
Love that I can search for Baptist Health doctors and then bookmark their information. Makes it much easier to keep it all in one place.
by Jenb!
An App that lets me be in the know and in control of where I choose to go - absolutely fabulous! I love the pineapple! :) <3
by Wayne Cordova
What an amazing and simple tool for the community. When you are heading to the ER or Urgent Care PineApp will seriously cut down on the stress.
Thank you Baptist!
by JLopez617
Very Nice! Easy to use at wait times are accurate. I can find the closest location and doctor info quickly. Well done.
by AlexandriaMato
The ability to pinpoint the nearest hospitals and centers is exceptionally helpful. This is a very helpful and efficient tool that is applicable to all and one that I will surely recommend.

As a professional licensed health insurance agent I welcome this outstanding lifesaver app. and will incorporate it to our sales "tool" kit during our presentations to clients and employees from now.
by Scriptor3
It provides everything I need in one app. All my results are there at my fingertips. Literally
by Christy019
Overall app makes going to the Dr and getting Healthcare information super convenient. Things that used to take days worth of phone calls and research took monutes.
The only issue is a bug... There is an option to add a scheduled appt to your (assume phone's) calendar app if not Cal app of choice. But when I clicked to add to calendar PineApp crashed ; Cal app never even opened. I know it's a bug cuz 3 appts later and the same thing happened. Using iPhone 14 and this app making appts with various Drs. Please fix!
