We’ve been using Pitch Gauge for almost 5 years now. And it’s been getting worse year over year. Every time we sign on, we lose all our drawings from the past. We have to delete the app and load another version. The developer has been great at aiding short term solutions. He’s even suspended the monthly for the troubles. However, if you plan on using this App to do business, prepare to download the App regularly. The Beta version was NOT better. We will use it for menial tasks but it looks like it’s time for us to find something that’s more reliable. Additional reviews as of march 2022. PITCH GAUGE is getting less and less reliable. We even bought a new iPad to see if that would help. We used to get a call or an answer. And now nothing.

I purchased this app, I really like the futures of the it does the job nothing special but it does the job, I have been having problems with saving my projects, when I find the address of the customer and try to add it to my projects the app automatically sign me out, I try to contact customer support for many times with out any luck, no one have reached to me or respond any of my emails, for that reason I’m giving customer service 1 star, I really hope that they work hard to make this app works better but mainly and more important I hope that customer service always take a little bit of time in responding to every customer, because with out customer you will be nothing even if you build a good app.

Had this app for a long time and I loved it.
Had an annual subscription and worked good for my businesses. For the last 6 months it has bugged out been horrible and you can’t do anything on it. Even when trying to send to email it just closes app and stops working. It does not recognize that I have a subscription and makes me purchase every time. I would like reimbursed for all the cost for my subscriptions in the last 6 months or paid back for the job costs I’ve had to buy packs of 10. The actual software and idea is great other than all the bugs... FIX THEM NOW!
