Spend your time documenting infractions just for a subpar app to constantly give you errors saying to “check your connection and try to send again” nonsense.

I feel like 311Direct was just made to please the public and make us think they actually care. No matter how many times you report an issue, little close to nothing is done in response. There are still dead cat remains around the streets left unattended to for WEEKS. It's much easier to ignore a web complaint then to have an actual human being tell certain county officials how canniving, corrupt, and nonchalant they are when it comes to the people they are supposed to represent and take care of. 311Direct is sad excuse for a solution to a problem that doesn't affect the ones that made the stupid app in the first place.

311Direct will not open. Keep getting “no internet connection” error. I try to open app with WiFi on, it doesn’t work. I try with WiFi off and using data and it still doesn’t work. :(

Lately 311Direct has started to crash when you click on maps. Can’t use 311Direct correctly anymore no matter how many times I try to delete and re-download

Out of the one million positive things that can be done with an app to help the county and its residents. They come up with an app just good for tattle-tellers "chivatos". It's just funny but not a surprise coming from a county where the mayor has 2 official vehicles and also wants a high-end BMW for his personal enjoyment at the residents' expenses.

I downloaded this ap. a while back. It seemed to work at first but couldn't confirm if complaints were dealt accordingly.
From almost a year ago, the ap. stopped working "unable to connect to server". Most likely they revamped the servers and forgot about this ap. and obviously no one at the wheel...

On the newest version of IOS 14, 311Direct crashes when you try to put any address. Used to work perfectly before.

I am now dumber for having downloaded 311Direct. Avoid if u dont want to waste space on your phone. You'd think that after a year of promoting 311Direct at the Mdade website they would bring a bit more to the table than this trash. As a previous review eluded 311Direct is for people who have nothing better to do than call 311 and complain. Hint to the reffy webmaster at least add something else like property tax viewing to not insult our intellegence.

One thing: there should be an other category, the listed options don't cover everything someone may need. Also how do I know my issue is being processed and what if I chose to be anonymous.

An Other/Miscellaneous section is needed....this would cover anything not listed in the current app. Like down traffic light/signs, down trees , damaged sidewalks, street lights that are out, flooded streets with drains covered with trash......

Easy to use, & yes, the reports you open get addressed by 1 business day & they get sent to the correct department that the report belongs to. Glad 311Direct was made !!

I used 311Direct to report a huge pothole in my neighborhood. They came by to fix it and it only took a couple days. It worked great for me.

311Direct gets results. The quality of life issues that it addresses are very important to the majority of county citizens. To those with idiotic requests and complaints call use the herald app. Thank you.

My car thanks 311Direct for saving its tires! I reported it and it was taken care of within 48-72 hrs.

Love 311Direct . Could use more options. But I have to say that last week I reported a huge pot hole on the route I take to drive to work using 311Direct. Day after, I got a confirmation email with a ticket number assigned to my case. To my surprise, less than a week later, the huge por hole was covered.

I can't say thank you enough to Dade County and the many people behind 311Direct and service.

I hope to see many residents of Dade County use this to better out cities and look forward to updates to 311Direct .

311Direct is amazing it went from zero to boom amazing I can honestly say the people they have working on this over there are thinking on a new level the look is 100% better and the functionality is 100% better I can say you have definitely satisfied this citizen.

Works great, nice clean minimalistic design and interface.

You can report potholes, faded signs, illegal structures, dumping, chickens and more on 311Direct with images. Great app
