I feel like this app was just made to please the public and make us think they actually care. No matter how many times you report an issue, little close to nothing is done in response. There are still dead cat remains around the streets left unattended to for WEEKS. It's much easier to ignore a web complaint then to have an actual human being tell certain county officials how canniving, corrupt, and nonchalant they are when it comes to the people they are supposed to represent and take care of. This app is sad excuse for a solution to a problem that doesn't affect the ones that made the stupid app in the first place.

I am now dumber for having downloaded this app. Avoid if u dont want to waste space on your phone. You'd think that after a year of promoting this app at the Mdade website they would bring a bit more to the table than this trash. As a previous review eluded this app is for people who have nothing better to do than call 311 and complain. Hint to the reffy webmaster at least add something else like property tax viewing to not insult our intellegence.
