어플 리뷰란에 소비자 주소랑 전번 등 개인정보 유출하는 업주 제재도 안해줄 거면 뭐하러 중개업체 어플 운영하나요?? 광고비만 받으면 끝이에요? 소비자 피해는 안중에도 없나요?

A restaurant owner have writed customer's address and phone number in app review, and have threated customer. But baemin didn't do anything. Baemin is very disappointing company!!

배민을 자주 이용해서 1등급 vip까지 땄는데 득보는것도 없고 근 몇달간 항상 늦네요... 배민 쓰실분은 유의해주세요 음식 도착시간이 뜨면 최소 10-20분 늦게 도착한다고 보시면 돼요. 전화해도 죄송하다고만 하고 개선돼는것은 하나도 없어요.
If your going to use this application be aware! Your food will be at least 10-20minutes late every single time. During the past few months my food has rarely arrived on time. Complaints dont matter because nothing gets fixed.

When I want to eat something like chi-mac, Just find and need only 1step for delivery. They have so many delivery food shop list. It's very useful app if you don't know how can I find store to eat korean food.
