When given options on elements that you can complete to get hints or more reactions, after completion of the elements it won’t give me my prize. Just stays up there as if it’s incomplete.

How to fix Doodle God app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Doodle God app on iPhone
Update Doodle God app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Doodle God iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Doodle God on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Doodle God network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Doodle God Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Doodle God not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Doodle God App
1. On android, goto Settings » Doodle God » click [Force Stop]

Update Doodle God to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Doodle God App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Doodle God » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Doodle God.

Fix Doodle God unable to contact server/ Doodle God internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Doodle God » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Doodle God » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
