Denver Post digital news app will not open so that I can read the newspaper I pay for. The app hasn't worked for the last week. Page comes up then goes blank and will not load.

I have taken your paper since 1962 and have not had very little problems. My concern is about my lady paper deliver. She has very difficulty delivering the paper to our condos where there are 7 steps. She has tried to put the papers in a plastic bag and throwing it and is ok but when the days of bigger papers, she can hardly come up the steps. What can ' WE' do to help her? I'm sure she needs the job. Dwayne and Janet Lyles
