How to fix Panorama app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Panorama app on iPhone
Update Panorama app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Panorama iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Panorama on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Panorama network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Panorama App
1. On android, goto Settings » Panorama » click [Force Stop]

Update Panorama to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Panorama App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Panorama » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Panorama.

Fix Panorama unable to contact server/ Panorama internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Panorama » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Panorama » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
