I can activate the app, but then it is not reacting to anything. It sometimes opens in white and then in black. I have restarted my iPad, same issue. Upgrades iOS to 16.4 same issue.

Same problem as described by Carol on 17th Jan 2023. My notes have disappeared. Folders are visible and I can see that some data exists, but I cannot see the notebooks and the file contents cannot be viewed.

I used the app to write down some numbers closed the ipad for about 15 minutes opened it up to get the numbers and it wasn't on the page I had and now it is missing the entire notebook and it isn't uploaded to my backup either. and the recording from last night is gone as well. I looked all through my notebooks and most of them show there are pages but when I open it it is blank. all missing. How do I get them back what happened?
