ABUKAI Expense Reports Receipt Reviews

Thought this company was legitimate for business but it has poor customer service, signed contract since May and still has not delivered the product. They advised what the company “needs more time to develop” gives reason to believe this is fraud company and service. I do not recommend this for business contract for many users, not sure for personal.

The premise of ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt is great in terms of just take a picture and it will create the expense report. However, it cannot handle multiple pages together - breaks them into separate receipts.

Neither does it maintain the order in which pictures are taken. They are all jumbled up even when taking them and not just in the final report. Also does not import the picture from IPhone or other electronic options. Have to position over a screen to take one.

For simple expenses, it is able to get the final bill amount but for others need a lot of modification in the final excel report.

Overall, good to only take pics of simple receipts on the move but does not solve the whole purpose.

I’ve used this program for several years and it has been phenomenal, however I recently was upgraded to an iPhone and this program no longer communicates with my work order system on the iPhone. This creates many more steps and a giant pain in the neck!

From a UX standpoint, not amazing, but from a functional standpoint it works great! I love the report it sends. I have been having a problem with "blurry" images lately, and it takes numerous tries to get a good pic. What could be causing this? I haven't had this problem previously.

Updated 10/13: received expense report next day. Looks good. Changed from 1 star on previous review to 3. Going to give it another trial run.

Original post 10/12: Took pictures of some sample receipts (3). Entered email address. Nothing happened. It has been over 10 hours.

Did received an intro email that stated free up to 12 reports per year with only 10 receipts per expense report crap!

The only thing I have about ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt that is frustrating is the inability of turning on the flash when taking a picture. I get it, maybe go to bright room, however, the shadow of your phone often covers important info resulting in taking pictures over and over again. Just put in the ability to turn on the flash and ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt is forever the most useful expense report app on the market. Would be nice to have this read and some action taken to resolve this issue.

I wish I didn’t just send pictures for my expense report and that it made it easier to access the receipts after you filed for the report. But I like the idea. Just needs some work.

I love ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt. I have been using it for 2 1/2 years and it keeps me on track and organized with my expenses. I have been in sales for over 25 years and was always struggling to keep up with getting my expenses filed on time. I was always weeks and weeks behind. Now because of ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt, my expenses are done as soon as I get in the door from a trip with the click of the button. The key it taking the pic right when you get a receipt. It only takes a few seconds and is extremely accurate.

They want the scan bar but I don’t dare to do that and that’s probably why they don’t do the tax I pay but it’s okay I don’t mind a little work
It’s 100. For ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt but if I can keep up with the recipes year around it would be better
But I do love ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt it makes things easier at the end of the year

Can't live without ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt. So easy to use, searchable through my emails, no scraps of paper laying around... best of all, I'm paying less taxes since it is so easy to record everything!

I have used it about 4 times and it works great. Eventually will have to pay for it and plan to do so. Saves a ton of time and it makes the entire expense report process so easy.

Love this! Photos and reports together with flexibility to add detail and manage once it's downloaded are a huge help! Staff is great about checking in to see if it's going well and answer questions so I'm sure it's developing!

A very simple and efficient program. Makes expense reports a breeze. And great customer service if you do have an issue that comes up.

So excited to have ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt! I literally took my receipts and took pictures from the past 9 months to catch up and get organized and voila , I had a report in less than 24 hours of all my expenses! I actually use my reports to keep track of my tax write offs being that I have a solo business . Thank you! I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could !

Abucay : program excellent connecting all cost and materials usage on the project in a seconds . User and friendly. Recommend to use.

Love ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt it’s made accounting super easy. Either their camera technology is freakin awesome to copy some of my receipts that are not so clear or they pay some poor sap pittins to transcribe them because they always come back looking awesome. A very good product.

By far the best app I have ever used, and it’s not even close. Take the pictures, hit send at the end of the month, and you will have multiple detailed excel docs & a digital copy of your receipts within a day!!! They do everything, you do nothing!!!

Works perfectly- absolute game changer. No more hunting for receipts at the end of the month and then having to spend hours filling in a claim form at the end of the month- just snap a pic of receipts as you go and then press process at the end of the month.

I was having a small issue with my app and received a call from Tony the next day, problem solved. Who does that anymore? Great customer service. Also every month when I do my expenses ABUKAIExpenseReportsReceipt is easy to use, and I receive my expense reports back the same day.

Does exactly what it says. The easiest app I have used by far, after using other apps for my businesses
