Everything that requires the map is not showing in the app. The road conditions (text) show. This has been a wonderful app and we use it all the time when we travel. PLEASE fix it!

How to fix Cali app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cali app on iPhone
Update Cali app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cali iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cali on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cali network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cali Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cali not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cali App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cali » click [Force Stop]

Update Cali to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cali App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cali » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cali.

Fix Cali unable to contact server/ Cali internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cali » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cali » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
