Is Switch serious with this app?

I have used other ATM apps for nearly 10 years and recently got Switch. Sorry to be rude but this app is dogsh*t, it looks like I made it and I don’t know how to make apps. I’m stuck using switch now and I speak for the other ATM guys too afraid to say anything. Please don’t invest into a whole new app that actually is usable on the go to do everything needed on the day to day.

I have been in business for almost 2 years and have been using this app almost every day for nearly 2 years and have never once seen it been updated. There are quite a few things that can get revised and NEED to be! I hope the creators read this and consider putting out an update as this app NEEEEEEDS IT!!!
Broken search

Search has been broken for two years now. It pulls up random results half the time the only fix is to force quit the app. I have to force quit my app 20 to 30 times a day.
