I live in the USA and have an account in Portugal with Millennium Bank. The problem i have is doing an international transfer between Millennium and Bank of America. I have tried both ways western union and using the swift acc. nether worked and ended up losing 80.00 Eros for a transaction that did not go thru. Also called Millennium customer service several times and every time i managed to get hold of a live person the representative hangup on me this happen 3 times. International phone calls are not cheap another 69.00 dollars i list in phone calls and never got a call back from the customer service representative i was talking to. Last year month of September i had to go to Portugal for the second time because of this problem according to the person i spoke to at the bank the problem was solved and assured me that i would not have any problems doing international transfers between my accounts almost a year later and i still can not do transfers between my accounts. Is it possible for someone at Millenium Bank to call me to help me solve this problem ? or do i have to travel to Portugal for the third time and cancel my account with Millennium Bank.

I cannot access my account in Portugal. When I call the number +351 21 005 2424, I get a recording where the person speaks much too fast, with a stroing accent, which makes it impossible not nly to understand what she says but, of course to obey her commands.It is a recoring which goes at 3 times the normal speed of speech. I need 1) to check my statements; 2) to cancel a debit card which is no longer funstional and has been replaced, and 3) to update and provide new information on my profile none of which I can do..

We just opened a new account. Can access the account on web and I can receive OTP from the bank. Also I can receive all SMS from the bank too. But when I try to register the account with the App, the banks systems does not send the OTP to my mobile. So can’t register and use the app.

The app opens offering ENG as an option, but when selecting new customer, it switched to Portuguese… this makes it impossible to sign up. Big fail!
