Tagged Dating App Status

I can't go live on tagged app, always saying my face needs to be clear before going live but my face is clear and it's still not working pls help me

i lost my password of my previous tagged account now i created a new one but i cant chat even i browse and send messages but no response from any one dont know they able to read my messages or not but i messaged more then 100 users i can open profile of others but cant chat them pls reply as soon as possible thanks

I am using android galaxy s5 i am having persistent problems with tagged, freezing , looking at pics, video calling , and crashing , this happens most of the time , is there a fix for this , or can you advise on what else can be done to rectify this, i have deleted it , reinstalled it but still the same , i have even tried older versions and thst is the same too , any advice would be appreciated

I'm not able to see the profiles I matched with...no new chats coming in

I can recive messages but i cant send any ss the message bar at bottom of screen has disappeared

My account always freezes everytime I'm on. Its not my Internet. I have been over other people's houses and it freezes

What happened to the news feeds and live crashes cannot even type in anything and it just crashes and ppl are never near me even when I put my location they be far ASF.

I can't log into the tagged app it keep saying change password but I can log in on a desktop please fix

I cannot access neither my Homepage nor be able to browse pets nor access my Header/Name on both Tagged and Hi5 accounts. Please help! Thanks in anticipation

No offers shows under earned gold view other offer. I cleared the cache and data. No effect. Deleted app and Tried older version as well as current version. Using Android with plenty of space. Oh yes. I restarted the phone. I tried the same on a tablet and the same thing is happening.
