New Update: Because I complained, they set my daily streak spin back to 1 when I was at 7 (yes, I spin everyday). Vindictive!!!

Update: Customer support just replied with the same standard tripe as last time. They say it’s for my own good they make these changes. This reads loud and clear that they want to control players!!! No one wants to be controlled. These developers are dictatorial!! While the game is fun, the developers are manipulative in controlling benefits of the game. As I gained more money in my ‘wallet’ they began removing my options. I no longer had the ability to increase my experience points, I can no longer get on the same table as my friends, they upped my table limits, and now they sneakily changed my default limit in tournament games. The last one is the worst because when you return to play a tournament table your bet is almost always set to that of your last game, but every now and then they will slyly move the slider to the maximum limit, so you’re playing more money than you expected (Other friends confirmed the same for them). When I asked customer service about it, they replied that these changes were made to make my playing experience better! Are they dense? These people stoop to childish levels in their desperation to make players purchase chips. It makes for more frustration than the game is worth. Go play another online poker app and leave this deceptive one in the dust.

Game sets you up every chance it can to give you the wheel on the flop and someone else the nuts draw on the river literally every time. The lucky bonus is completely imbalanced… when I have zero coins it’ll hit 100M consistently and as soon as I use gold I rarely get over 10M. I’ve been playing this app occasionally over 10yrs+ and I assure you it’s statically impossible how often hands tht are crushed after the flop still manage to win out. This game is 100% rigged and is not fair play. From a player with 1T coins please please please save your money it is not worth spending on this rigged app. I hope this saves people the time and hassle I wish I had back. On top of that this app charges a rake fee per pot won of around 20% the size of the pot every win. And btw of you bet more than the bet covered they also tax the entire amount bet even if the player doesn’t have enough to cover your all in. Sometimes I’ve raised all in on a 3 bet over the person chip stack to literally get back less after winning than I started with. Split pots are a nightmare and always leave you with less chips than you started with. This app is beyond a scam please save your time I promise you this is not where you want to spend it. I’m able to see white black and grey in life and I hope this saves anyone able to read this message. It’s is not from a place of negative energy but genuine concern.

There’s no poker in this poker app. Looks like poker, but hands are rife with manipulation. Beauty of poker is playing against other players. Here you playing against algorithm. Algorithm priority is the success of zyngo, not poker. The programing is just part of the problem; FAKE money is the other! When there’s nothing “on the line” why not see it to the river card? Zyngo Players stay in hands that real poker players would never play! And it works too because zyngo is written to reward this play. This is proof the program manipulated and NOT random as advertised. In real poker “Runner-runner” flush or straight has 4% probability; zyngo they happen closer to 40%!
And what about the absurd amount of streaks that never happen at real tables (not legit tables anyway)? And the absurd amount of “near-miss” monster hands (short 1 card)? Oh, but don’t worry you most assuredly will receive the exact card, on next deal, making you feel “oh so close” (Really caters to the mental midgets).

Its not even fair to call this Bingo, because bingo is purer and more random than this algorithm. Read the top 100 helpful reviews and lucky to get 2.0 stars! Best part of Zyngo is deleting it.
