I’ve been blocked for over a year and don’t no why loved playing the game hope to play again soon thanks

When I make a purchase you all show double the chip value. For example if I make a 4.99 purchase and the chip value is 78 million, the system will show me receiving double that amount and charge me double then when play began I receive the correct amount of chips but I’m being charged for double. This has been going on the past 2 days. I would like my money that you have over charged me reimbursed or I will be going to the CFPB, the Better Business Bureau and the department of chambers

They're not allow me to buy chips on on poker face I don't know what to do from this point please help me rectify this problem

Why am I a blocked user?

It’s a shame that you can’t report harassment n nudity you have to pay to report someone for this kind of behavior. Poker face send you the link to report someone, Than Pokerface block you in the conversation. You don’t know someone Situation So where do I go from here.

I would like to know how to accept and request to talk to someone I’m playing against please?

So I lost a billion chips .. I had 1.3 was my biggest wallet still and then I had 300 something mil and I couldn’t win one hand. I would appreciate my billion back because I paid for those actually 99 dollars when it was a sale. I’ll keep playing this cause it’s a great app but I don’t like how I feel like I got robbed for my actually real money. If you do give it back you do I will still purchase more when I spent those if not then idn might have to stop playing cause I spent a lot of money on this app for my entertainment! Thanks

I was in a ham for I believe a couple millions when I won the hand the money went to the other person I can tell you how it went down too I had Ace nine block came out Ace eight nine the other person had Jack five another person had 9 10 and the person with Jack five one when the other two cards were Jack and a four I want my money Ace nine beats a pair of jacks anytime every time and this isn't the first time this has happened I know how to read cards go look at my last hand played
