Force Stop the Risoul App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Risoul app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Risoul to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Risoul App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Risoul app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Risoul.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
