Quite shady

I retract my glowing review of pumpkin due to greed. When pumpkin was released, I recommended it everyone I knew. Most everything was free (meditation, stories, music and hypnotherapy. I understand the need to make some money from the app, however it went from most all of it being free to absolutely NOTHING being free. And I’m talking NOT ONE THING! Pure greed. I think that it is a terrible terrible way to try to gain a following. I think Calm is superior and Pumpkin is just a fraud. I’m deleting you Pumpkin! Happy trails!

Pumpkin used to be an app where you’d pay a one time fee and get all meditations and hypnosis for free. Now they charge a subscription fee to access anything. So now anyone who got the app when it used to cost money, now has to buy the subscription in order to use the app. How greedy, I rarely write reviews like this, but I used to love this app.

I downloaded this app and selected email to do a log in with. Once you click on email, you can’t click on the part that says create an account. Makes me wonder if this is a scam that makes you have to go through faceback or Apple to set up an account. Looked like a good app but not anymore.
