Confusing and difficult to use

This has to be the worst airline app I’ve ever had. I’ve booked a ticket, admittedly not on their app, I have a locator number and my E-ticket number. I am a JAL mileage bank member. But according to the app they can’t find my booking. However when I made a trial attempt to check in suddenly my booking did exist although the app transfers you to their website for check in. Checked the app a day later and I still don’t exist! It’s early days as I’ve only recently downloaded it but if it continues to work like this I shall probably get rid of it.
Not straightforward

When I looked for your contact number it took me while to find it. Your subsidiary company Zipair has the same problem. Perhaps both of thr websites were built by the same company. There is no logical connects between and webpages. Also at the reviewing page before making payment there is not option for editing. One has to click the backward icon many times to get back to the personal information page if there are changes need to be made. Very very inconvenient.
Basic app, non existent customer support

I booked an international connect flight through JAL, but the airline changed one of the flights and I was no longer able to connect. Was trying to get the flight changed, but that part was just a web page embedded in the native app. Using their website directly is a better experience tbh. And somehow after I filled in my booking information the website errors out and I wasn’t able to change my flight at all.
