This morning I missed a bus. Since CATA was updated, it has become a regular situation. You saw on CATA that the bus was delayed, and you could see no bus approaching or anywhere nearby, so you don't go to the bus stop and wait there. Then out of nowhere, a "ghost bus" shows up, right on time, while CATA still shows it will be delayed for 15 minutes.
Bus delay has also been a regular situation. Sometimes late for 5 or 10 minutes, sometimes it just disappears. I live 3 miles from campus, and one time I had to walk home with my friend. At that time, the bus was delayed for over 1 and a half hours. The bus had not arrived at the bus stop I was supposed to take it by the time I arrived home!
This has been a dilemma. Should you wait on time and expect the bus not show up, or should you trust CATA ?

Seriously this app, the new screen sizes on iPhones (6/6+) have been out for more than a year now and still no updates to accommodate the sizes. You could probably go to the Penn State comp sci department and ask someone there to do it. Yeah, it's really that easy. If you really can't release updates to to please your customers, then you should hire someone else to do it in a responsible and timely manner.

I use CATA to get to classes and now it doesn’t work, I mean CATA is old, hard to use etc, but now I can’t use it at all.. no I can’t use the bus to get to my classes since I don’t know when it comes

I rely on CATA to know when to catch the buses.. and it's not going to work in only a couple months because it is incompatible with iOS 11.
CATA gravely needs updated anyway. The interface looks extremely dated and it is far from being user-friendly.
It should at least have gps capabilities so it knows what bus stop you're near instead of having to zoom in on a map to find your stop. In addition, it should show what buses run from your stop instead of having to choose from a huge list of all the buses and then hunting stops on the map.
I've used many public transport apps in many cities and this is by far one of the worst.

Devs had access to iOS 11 beta for how long and still couldn't manage to update CATA on time??

CATA is critical for students as we don't need the inconvenience of going out of our way to look at a bus schedule.

The busses on the map wont move for a while and then they will randomly jump across the map, past the stop you're at so you have to wait another 10-15 minutes for the next bus. CATA really gives no indication of where the busses actually are. Frustrating to say the least.

I just updated to iOS 11 without being aware that CATA is not compatible. This is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be fixed ASAP. I rely on the buses to get to class and really need to have CATA work with my phone. This is absurd

I just updated this app, I love using CATA although it keeps crashing when i open it. Please fix it.

CATA should be able to show the times that the two loops and the two links are going to arrive at the stop.

Update: CATA is updated and works on iOS 11 now! I can finally see the live updates of where the buses are. I only wish that the routes would be highlighted rather than just showing the stops. Thank you for updating CATA so we can use it again!

Original: Huge let down. I rely on the this app buses to get to my classes but now I can’t even use CATA that was designed to help me use the buses. I can’t see when the next bus will be coming and that’s a huge problem. Please update CATA !

It doesn't Identify where I am and is crashes often. But what choice does one have?

Thank you so much for updating CATA, it’s so much better than any of the others. I miss being able to rotate the map as we could in the previous versions, but it is otherwise perfect.

Do you know when you will be updating to iOS 11? CATA will not work on my phone until you update it.

The bus stops show the time of arrival which is so convenient and helps me not miss my bus. Also helps me not stand in the cold waiting for a bus.

I really enjoyed CATA! It was very accurate on bus times. But I cannot use it now due to the iOS 11 update!

I like CATA a lot but I think it could have improvements, like an arrow pointing which way the busses are moving so I don't have to keep closing and reopening to try to get the busses to move faster! Also if an estimated time of arrival was there when you tapped on a stop that would be awesome.

CATA works great. I just wish that there would be Apple Watch support. It would be really helpful if there was a complication to get accurate bus stop times on the watch face.

CATA is incompatible with iOS 11. A lot of students rely on this. Please update!

Reliable and accurate 100% for me.

This is the only this app bus app that shows both when a bus is expected to show up, and when it actually should show up. Many times the bus will show up at the early time, when it is actually supposed to, meaning it arrives 10-15 minutes earlier than it says it will. This is the only app that shows the proper time and keeps me from being late. Please update for iOS 11 as it is a lifesaver

CATA barely updates where busses are. making it almost useless. Please fix this issue.
