This is a great app but it needs to be updated. With the new iOS a message pops up that it needs updating. Sometimes documents will not load-- it says "converting " but never does.

I travel a lot & work from our home business PC, my laptop & my phone. With this app, if a customer calls with a question about a work ticket, I can pull it right up, even if I’m nowhere near WiFi. If a company calls wanting a copy of a certification or a W9, I can email it right to them! This app makes my life so much easier! Thank You!!! This is an absolute Game Changer for me (again)!
I used this app ALL the time until you didn’t update it to iOS 11. When I found out that you had no plans to continue offering it in the App Store, I was devastated! Logging in & navigating using Safari is so painful & unfriendly - the site is not optimized for mobile use. Thank You so very much for the update!! THIS APP ROCKS!!!
