I can’t listen to my favorite meditation . It stops every 2 seconds . I became a member again and just paid the 45 euros and the problem persists

Hi. Checking my membership status it’s good and has been not expiring until October. However, when I try to access a course, I cannot, and just get the page to become a member.

I was in a live event but the comments weren't showing "only mine" so I left the event and tried to rejoin but it didn't show again. It was nowhere to be seen

Insight timer does not open at all despite using it successfully for years on this cell

When listening to a meditation at night, it plays for several minutes (varying from around 10-15 minutes), then it stops and says an error occurred. I start it over and it happens again. This is NOT very helpful for relaxing into sleep. And it only is happening at night, not when I do meditations in the morning or during the day, when using the same internet as I do at night.

Suddenly seemed to speed up and there’s no obvious way to reset it

Hi there, Firstly, thank you for a great app. I use Insight Timer on one device but my bookmarks and courses done don’t transfer to other devices. Is there a way I can resolve that? Warm regards Rose

Meditations stop after about 20 seconds

Like other comments, all the meditations stop after about a minute. I’ve used the App for years and this is the first time I’ve come across this. Unusable for the time being. Are there any solutions?

Meditations will display and show running, but have no sound. Also some meditations just stop after a minute or so. The only solution has been to do a restart , but it doesn't last. This has occured since you reconfigured the site. I am using it on a Galaxy A8 tablet. Hope you cn help as I love Insight Timer.

A number of the selections simply stop playing after about a minute. The app does not crash - the selection just stops. What is up with that and how to correct? (Yes, I have just loaded the app, so not helpful to suggest deleting and reinstalling). IOS devices - all completely up to date. Thank you for any insight! :)

I downloaded free version last week and haven't been able to get one meditation to play. It press on a selection, a little round thing loads and after 20 seconds it ends. I've restarted my phone. Nothing seems to work. Very disappointing

The app started significantly slowing down about 3 weeks ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but couldn't log unto my account, although I can log into the website. I used the app as a guest but yesterday found that even the guest access has now slowed down. Suggestions?

Hi there I love your app but today it seems nothing will play. I press play and no sound or time showing that it's playing

the discover tab, which includes live yoga events, has been missing for a couple weeks. i reloaded the app on my iphone which did not help

Insight timer app is so slow to open and it gets stuck

I can't open the app. it keeps closing.

For the past few months it is soooooo slow to open. It takes really long to download each page. Every bottom I click I have to wait such a long time. I have used this app for the longest time and I never had this problem before. That’s my favorite and the one I recommend the most to my students but it’s become impossible to use… can anyone let me know if there is a way to fix it?

Hi, You have reconfigured the way my content is displayed. I’m not sure why. You say I requested this but i did not make any request. Now I can’t find my profile anywhere. Could you advise me. Thank you.

It is either I can't play anything because as soon as I hit the play button it automatically grays out play and highlights the finish button or something plays but I cannot hear a thing. This isn't nice at all anymore.

Can't access free meditations

The app has become unreliable and keeps on crashing. I've noticed this is a common issue plus I've just paid my annual fee and I don't have the service I've paid for. Please fix quickly

I can not end meditation session. There is no way to end background music.

Ever since the last update, the app takes 8 to 10 minutes to open on my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone. I've done all the troubleshooting, reinstalled etc. Tech support says to update to 16.2.17, but uninstall and reinstall from App Store only gives you 16.2.16. Help.

Love this app, but for last few weeks it keeps stopping during play. It does it every minute or two. Not great when trying to meditate. Thanks

After opening Insight Timer the meditation loads and works about 10-20 seconds then goes out of the app to my Home Screen

Keeps crashing. I open a meditation, then it glitches back to my phone home screen. When I go back in, the meditation is not there and I have to search all over again. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app; problem remains.

When I open the app I get a black screen that just says insight timer. It's not working on my tablet or phone.

The insight timer app opens up for me, but there are certain meditations that don’t open up. Some of them used to open, and I saved them in my favorites, but when I click to open the meditation up now it gives me a white screen with a picture of a cloud, and it says “Something went wrong. Please try again. Reload”. Nothing happens when I click the reload.

When I listen to recorded meditations, app just stops every 30-90 seconds. I reinstalled it and restarted my iPhone 12 and it still stops.

Insight Timer is extraordinarily slow to load

Insight timer is not responding on any device. Just freezes on opening. Another device it gave me a blank screen. I hope it gets fixed or they will loose so many subscribers.

My insight timer app opens to a black screen when I tap on the app. It just happened in the last 2 days. I am able to go on Google and access my account through the website. I am just wondering if I accidentally deleted cash or data that is necessary to run it and if so should I go back to a couple of days or is it something else
