My issue isn't so much with the app as much as it is the bank itself. I've been with them for almost 20 years. Every time I've attempted to get a loan, I've been denied. Despite years, and years, and years of securing my money with them.. Like I get it but IQ denies me, when 50 others approve me..? So no customer loyalty in that regard, but the app is flawless, super easy to use, and the people at IQ are always incredibly friendly. So despite my gripe, 5 ⭐️
My issue is just personal lol🤷🏻😅

Quit updating your app and making it so difficult to get into after your updates every time you update or do something. I have to figure out how to sign back in or I need to call the bank and get help signing back in. if it’s not broke, why fix it
Can you people just leave things alone and let it operate like it should you don’t need to fix something that broke can’t get it to your head

The app is terrible. The bill pay is not working now. And there isn’t a pop up saying what is happening. Just a white page. How am I supposed to pay my bills, or check status?
The app is overall terrible. It is concerning when I cannot gain access from my phone to my money. I am working on finding a new credit union.
