Emails doesn’t send

Inability to clear old searches, inability to set an area and change parameters (house versus land, etc.), inability to multi-select at all make this a painful experience.

Additionally, old listings of houses that have been sold persist (perhaps a database or listing agency problem, but still challenging)

So many issues trying to create an account, one can’t help but wonder “is this software really this bad, or by letting it know my location, it refuses to allow me to complete a registered account?”

Either way, bad.

please improve:
1. no search by keywords?!
2. include search option for properties with rectangular Pool
3. search option for Shaped Pool
4. search Near the Sea
5. search option On the Sea
6. search option on Cliff with view onto Sea
7. search by Lake/River
8. search option for Pond
9. Satellite view
10. search option for Cellar
11. search option for Gym
12. search option for Conservatory
13. search by province does not work
14. eMail contact within app is erroneous
15. returning to app or opening it again should start where you last left off

Two things that would improve ImmobiIiareit, list the number of bedrooms and the distance from a train station. Sometimes a three room apartment has two bedrooms while a five room apartment has one. Many listings don’t show the exact address, so I’m spending a ton of time looking at listings that appear to be in town, but then turn out to be 5 kilometers outside of town. These two things make it difficult for someone looking to move with a family and use the train system. Fix those and this would be 5 stars.

It’s in English, in Italy!

I would add, being able to calculate distance to an apartment from an address, by both car and public transport.

Very good app. May want to take some pointers from apps like Zillow or Trulia as to more info on properties. Taxes would be nice and anything related to expenses.

Useful APP. Need to be able to filter by level of furnishings; unfurnished, partially furnished, fully furnished.

ImmobiIiareit is much easier and faster to use that the website.. which isn’t bad either. User friendly interface

Very good updates and easy to navigate

ImmobiIiareit is easy to navigate and provides all the info needed to rent or buy property in Italy.

My husband and I dream of buying a home in Italy. ImmobiIiareit allows us to focus on areas we are interested in and filter the results.

The brokers don’t typically get back to you though. I’ve had to make purchases dealing directly with the owners.

I can't recommend any improvements. The developer created this great app, that is very easy to use.

I've been searching for my ideal property in Italy for over a year and this is the best app for the job. Well designed, you can select the area on the map, put filters in place and the search is displayed momentarily. You can save searches, get e-mails of newly listed places etc. Fantastic app, thanks.

Terrific way to find real estate in Italy

This one is way easier to use than Mitula or the other ones. Love how it’s constantly updated and you can save an “unlimited” amount of properties
