Why does this app exist? It’s a terrible app for a terrible company. It’s a scam. You don’t need physical media to play video games on your systems anymore, you know that, right? You especially don’t need physical media that is scratched and chipped (for a game WAY down your queue, even if higher games in the queue are listed as available), and won’t actually install on your system, physical media that takes days to get to you, and then days to get back to some warehouse where they will send you another chipped, scratched piece of media that won’t install on your game system. Why would you do this to yourself on purpose? Why would you give a company like this any money?
Edit: They responded with some blah blah blah canned message about shipping times, which wasn’t the actual issue I had at all, so you can see how much they pay attention to important details, like “are we sending out damaged discs?” or “are we totally ignoring the queue our customer set up?” Congrats on your dying business, GameCrash.

I had a question as a new user so I got on the chat support that they have or had cause i cant seem to use it anymore during the hours of operation. She kept repeating the 24 to 48 hours thing and I ask her if its from the point you add a game or if its from the point you set up the account because I dont know if there is like a waiting period before you can rent or what but after I was done with her I gave her a bad rating and all of a sudden now I had my Q cleared so instead of getting my rental sent out 24 or 48 hours from the 26th now I had to add everything again on the 28th and who knows when it will go out now and also now I cant use the online chat either coincidence doubt it. So if you dont want your Q erased don’t get on their customer supports bad side cause they wipe your stuff.

The concept of a “Netflix for games” is great. However, one of the biggest perks of Netflix is quick shipping. It took over two weeks for my game to get to my house after shipping—in fact, it took so long that I reported it as missing. They shipped me a second copy that took so long to ship that I had already tried the game, disliked it, and sent it back. Turns out, I *had* received the “lost” copy in the mail. It took nearly three weeks for me to receive, and I had assumed when I received it that it was the new copy. Imagine my surprise when another two weeks passed and I received the same game in the mail! A three week turnaround apparently is the normal shipping time, and something I’m certainly not interested in.
