Do not waste your time / inaccurate

I previously purchased the HRV finger measuring device and had access to the app, which was free to download and use with the product I PURCHASED. Now I have to pay in order to use it? Thatโs some gangster **** to do, old school bait and switch method. I would have never bought this in accurate device in the first place if I had known I would get jacked for more money later. The app is garbage anyway, you get differing readings even when some back-to-back. Find a better app and company bc ithlete is a fraud.
Pure crap

HRV is a great piece of data. Unfortunately the finger sensor is pure crap. It is very shotty and troubleshooting tips did not help. The microphone is on the privacy settings are correct. There is no limit on the volume yet the only time it seems to want to take a reading is when my finger is removed. If the developers can help me I will change my rating. I will no be recommending this app to my athletes and patients until they do.
No order confirmation, no response on my first inquiry email.

I do not have any ithlete sensors. I ordered an HRV finger sensor close to two weeks prior to writing this. I did not receive an order confirmation email, so I submitted an order inquiry message through the companyโs website a a few days ago. I have not received a response for that yet. As of now HRV Fit Ltd. has taken my money with nothing to show for it.
