Very useful app to check apartment listings. Loading times, Inventory levels could be better though. Some design changes would be appreciated, for instance map as default instead of hybrid, settings on iPad screen need not be two touches away as iPad provides enough screen space to keep those elements persistent on the screen, "Actuality" sounds really odd, 'Details' more precise and non-brainier, not sure if distance requires a separate icon and screen for itself - again could be a default screen element.

I believe the map feature is the most convenient feature in ComparisImmobilienSwiss especially because it updates the search results based on the visible area. I would like to have more filter options, though

Comparis is one of the most complete search sites I have ever used. As I am relocating from one Country to another ComparisImmobilienSwiss is priceless. I can get specific realtime information. I'm able to review and compare neighborhoods. The turnover comparisons help to determine issues in the area. I have already acquired my holiday apartment in one Country now I'm looking for my permanent apartment in another. The only thing that could make it better is if if had 360 video so you could see the interior in its entirety. Using ComparisImmobilienSwiss google maps helps me to locate how close the Apartments are to Points of interest to me.

ComparisImmobilienSwiss does well what it promises. It is the only app that lists previously rented units at a given property to allow you to compare turnover rates for a given address.

Combines the power of Google Maps with an overlay of Comparis' aggregated meta search results from all relevant Swiss properties sites (NABhome, Immoscout, etc). You can even filter to narrow results. We found our home with ComparisImmobilienSwiss!

I find this a great alternative for browsing properties in Comparis on my iPad when I'm not at my computer browser. Definitely much better than trying to use the browser on the iPad to use the website. Thanks to the creators!
