- Have to play to the very end when it's plain the right set of cards are yours

- App locks up and won't let you do anything for several minutes

- AI knows what's in your hand and can set you up whenever it wants

How to fix Hearts ∙ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hearts ∙ app on iPhone
Update Hearts ∙ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hearts ∙ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hearts ∙ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hearts ∙ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hearts ∙ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hearts ∙ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hearts ∙ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hearts ∙ » click [Force Stop]

Update Hearts ∙ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hearts ∙ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hearts ∙ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hearts ∙.

Fix Hearts ∙ unable to contact server/ Hearts ∙ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hearts ∙ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hearts ∙ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
