How to fix PicMix Lite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PicMix Lite app on iPhone
Update PicMix Lite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PicMix Lite iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PicMix Lite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PicMix Lite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PicMix Lite Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PicMix Lite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PicMix Lite App
1. On android, goto Settings » PicMix Lite » click [Force Stop]

Update PicMix Lite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PicMix Lite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PicMix Lite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PicMix Lite.

Fix PicMix Lite unable to contact server/ PicMix Lite internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PicMix Lite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PicMix Lite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PicMix Lite
