- No place to access mold count from the previous day.

- Now there is no place in the app to sign in, only create an account.

- By now insisting that we HAVE to have an account, so you can track our symptoms or whatever, you’ve pushed it too far.

- There is no more reason to create an individual account with contact information and a password for an allergen report than there is for a weather report.

How to fix ZYRTEC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZYRTEC app on iPhone
Update ZYRTEC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZYRTEC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZYRTEC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZYRTEC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZYRTEC Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZYRTEC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZYRTEC App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZYRTEC » click [Force Stop]

Update ZYRTEC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZYRTEC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZYRTEC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZYRTEC.

Fix ZYRTEC unable to contact server/ ZYRTEC internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZYRTEC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZYRTEC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZYRTEC
