I recently downloaded wikiHow because I love this app and I felt it would be better to have wikiHow that to have to go to google and look it up. The problem is when I go to the tap and tap the search bar, the keyboard and search bar go away. They don’t come up until I close out the program and come back in but when I try to search something again, it does away. I only gave it a 1 Star because what’s the point when I can’t even search for what I actually want to know. Please fix!

this app is an ok app but has a better website. The reason I say this is because of the difference of searching. this app app offers only a portion of the screen which you also have very little options to choose from. The website in my option has a much better format when it comes to searching. Which all in all practically makes wikiHow useless. I would give wikiHow 1 star but because I like this app itself I'll give it 2.

When I first got wikiHow on my iPad, it worked perfectly. No issues, no nothing. Just plain, old, smart answers. But now when I get it on my phone, it doesn’t seem to let me search things up. I was just wondering if you could fix this problem for me. Really appreciated.

Hi there! I have only been using the this app app for a little while, but I like it so far. However, I am totally blind. I use a Braille display to navigate on my iPad. This does not mean you have to change anything about wikiHow at all. All I'm saying is that whenever I try to type in the search engine to find an article on the main page, every time I hit space, it shows me results for the one word I typed before it kicked me to the results page.
That is all I have to say here. Hope you will read this and take this into consideration. Thanks!

Hey, the search bar in the iPad version will allow only the first 3 letters, and shows whatever the algorithm does, forcing me to search, often in vain for articles. Example: I wanted to look at chess articles, and I can only type “Che” before it minimizes the keyboard, and shows 20 articles of things containing Che, but no chess! I wanted so badly to love wikiHow, as you are my favorite How-to on the internet! Please fix! I’d pay for a premium version if that incentivizes anything

Most of the articles are very informative and well written. However, the ones written about personal relationships are highly biased against males and present information exclusively from a traditional female point of view. Problems are framed in terms of stereotypical female complaints of men while no issues that men typically have with women are mentioned at all. It would only be fair if such issues were also presented in a non-apologist manner.

I love this app! I’ve used it on google for years! But just recently I tried to use it and it told me to download wikiHow . I didn’t want to so I declined, tried again, so it just took me to wikiHow Store. This is infuriating because I don’t want wikiHow ! It used to work fine on my browser! Please fix this or you will lose a user.

While I love wikiHow so much and has been so useful for me, I haven’t been able to use it as of recently. I upgraded to the iPhone X from a SE a couple weeks ago and was looking on wikiHow for a tutorial, but couldn’t type in anything because I couldn’t see the search bar. It upsets me, and I hope that this issue can be fixed soon, especially since the X was released nearly 2 years ago.

Needs a "browse categories" feature like on the website, as well as fixing some formatting issues when viewing some of the articles. Everything else is just fine especially since this app is so useful and at least now it's in an app form

This is a great app. It helps you fix yourself internally and externally. But, every time I try to read an article, it says “Data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. What could this mean?

I've had wikiHow for at least 3 years and I love it. Aside from the website, content, and community itself, wikiHow is very responsive. I only wish that I can browse for each category that are on the website, not just browse all the "emergency" ones.

If you have a question that starts with "How Do I..." then this app has an answer.

But like the other recent reviews, I too am getting the data-is-in-the-incorrect-format error message when I try to search on either my iPhone or my iPad.

1. No advertisements
2. Information on almost every topic, from blocking a punch to making moisturizer and acne masks.
3. Easy to understand step-by-step explanation with visual explanation to help learning become easier.
4. Ability to bookmark instructions you like.
Just one selection, I believe on certain online wikis, you can comment and reply to others for advice or ask opinions of other wiki users, I would love it if you can add a feature like that.

I fell in love with the website because it gives good advice and advice step by step. I sometimes just go on the this app just when I'm bored, I got so excited to see wikiHow and I got it right away! If you like the website like I do get wikiHow but if you like more than just this, the just don't get it and use the internet.

I’ve been using this app as a support system for years! It’s helped me all throughout high school and i owe many of my achievements to it. from the website to wikiHow i’ve never been disappointed, whale except when i’m looking for a particular article and it doesn’t exist, but i guess that’s another conversation...

1. If you ever needed to know how to do something wiki how is the answer. They have the answer on how to do everything!

2. If you are bored you can just use the random feature and just read on how to do something. You never know when it could come in handy.

3. The survival section is always there if you get into a jam.

wikiHow has changed my life. For example, without it there's no way on EARTH that I would ever know how to do the following

Express love and human emotion, how to get a nice badonkadonk, avoid laughing at the morbidly obese children of America, play footsie, how to give passive aggressive birthday/bar mitzvah/Hanukkah gifts, how to be okay with having a dirty communist as a friend, how to talk rocket science, how to join or start a cult, and most importantly become the emo overlord that I've become today.

Thank you this app, I shall be forever grateful 🙏

Okay. wikiHow is simply amazing. I've read everything in the Survival Kit(not that I need it), and several other articles that I like. It would be cool if, when using WiFi or data we could see questions and answers about the article and also edit/create articles. Just a suggestion for you guys.
