Wooden Labyrinth 3D Free Reviews

The look of WoodenLabyrinth3DFree is great, and the gameplay is pretty accurate and challenging. However, I have 3 major problems with WoodenLabyrinth3DFree that really affect my ability to enjoy it compared to other labyrinth apps.
1) The calibrate feature. WoodenLabyrinth3DFree just tells you to hold your device like you would during gameplay and hit "Calibrate." Other apps have a bubble level that let you be sure you are holding your phone perfectly level before you calibrate it.
2) WoodenLabyrinth3DFree keeps "losing games." I'll close WoodenLabyrinth3DFree and reopen it, only to find that there are no records that I completed certain games. I'll have completed an entire level, with stars and all, but when I return to WoodenLabyrinth3DFree , only certain games are shown as completed. Definitely a bug that needs fixing.
3) The "opening titles" for each level are annoying. They take forever to go away, while the ball (and I presume the clock) have already started rolling in the meantime. They obstruct the view of the playing area, and if you tap the screen to make them go away faster, you run the risk of "jumping" your ball into a hole on a jump-enabled level. It's a poorly-designed feature that is more annoying than useful. They should shorten the duration of the titles, freeze the game until the titles go away, and offer the option to tap them away and THEN begin the game.

The puzzles are great, but what I loved most about WoodenLabyrinth3DFree was actually the great acoustic guitar pieces that would play as you were getting through levels. It's had been replaced by some terrible whistle song. After looking through WoodenLabyrinth3DFree details is appears by toggling the music off and then back on in settings, it changes the music back!! So happy!!!! Great app!!!!!

I was stuck on WoodenLabyrinth3DFree for 5 minutes to no avail! Neither my home nor power button would allow me to exit. Same thing happened to my friend. I gave it 2 stars because it was fun while I had it. Needs a major fix!

I cannot tell you how much sanity I wasted on this, and yet it's still addictive.

Well, considering they haven't updated WoodenLabyrinth3DFree in 2 1/2 years, I'm guessing they don't care about their ratings & reviews either, but I'll leave one anyway. It seemingly randomly deletes my progress. Just closing WoodenLabyrinth3DFree can cause progress to be reset. Sure does take the fun out of completing levels.

Great game wish they would update and bring the game back.

WoodenLabyrinth3DFree is fun, great graphics, but it crashes on me from time to time and I lose progress which gets frustrating.

While this has been a good app, it desperately needs updated in order to continue using with iOs 11.

I like the soothing music and the 3D effect of the game.

This is a great game. It has easy levels and ones that are more chalenging. I also love the new in app music! So catchy!

Where did the awesome acoustic guitar music go? Now it's some cheesy whistling song :( bring back the old music!!!

It's good except for the fact that every time I quit the game I lose my progress

This game is really good for strategy! It gets you focused and concentrated!

Okay... so why did I give WoodenLabyrinth3DFree 5 stars? because so many apps aim for the stars and hit the dark side of the Moon, or worse, Tierra del Fuego. WoodenLabyrinth3DFree aims for the tree down the street and far, far surpasses it. It is very precisely (in terms of its use of the iPhone's accelerometer), subtly and beautifully designed, and it is a game that is almost Zen-like in its ability to calm the mind, as much as it is fun. The few negative reviews I've seen about WoodenLabyrinth3DFree are almost astoundingly ignorant of why an extremely simple but difficult game has huge value in a world where people get bored if they can't destroy a thousand bizarre enemies in five seconds with the most elaborate gun ever represented in 3D. If you want something that can fascinate and delight you on a plane from New York to LA as much it can calm your mind on a quiet day in the kitchen, this is IT.

I really like the other labyrinth game and thought it was really good until I played this one. The physics are on the same amazing level of realism but its the other little things that make it stand out. For example, the music is fantastic. The acoustic guitar playing doesn't interfere with your game and adds just a little bit more enjoyment. After a ball goes in a hole you can see that ball return to the side of the board just as if it were a real wooden labyrinth. Not to mention the new jumping feature is awesome! This is such an enjoyable experience that for free you really have to download this.

I don't understand how people think the co trolsbarw horrible u tilt and it moves in that direction it's simple and easy like this isn't meant to be an xbox game or something and gameplay does it's job I'm rather satisfied and buying full vrsion so to all fake haters if u hatevall the apps why buy them or better yet y buy the device? If u wanna complain complain to ur imaginary friends lies here shuldnt interfere. I know it's not that serious but I've bought great games with bad reviews by peple to stupid to use WoodenLabyrinth3DFree . Ik I'm getting full version

The 2 best parts about this is 1. It's endless lvls so no more delete app when done and all that stuff :/ 2. Think since it's endless it'd be stuff repeating itself and same difficulty?? The second thing is you can control how many holes are in a lvl, friction, and sensivity. And it's all cmputer generated so it's all random :3. So even if your new to labrinth you can start easy : ). Customize your rolling ball after a certain amount of lvls... Maybe other labrinths do this but the best part is it's all FREE :D! Sorreh long rveiw but it's a good game!

This was on my iPod when I got it, and it's one of the games I play the most when there's not much else to do but play on my iPod. The one problem I've had lately is I beat 100 endless levels and It keeps lagging for some reason. The first time it happened I was downloading a ton of updates so I figured that was what caused it but after a while it was still lagging. I don't know if there's a way to fix that, but except for that, great game!

Sometimes we all need a little mindless time killer. I am really enjoying this simple throw back to a childhood hand-eye coordination skill game. I can remember getting one of these "get the ball in the clowns mouth" games for my 5th birthday and this feels like a grown up version. The graphics are lush and the 3D makes one feel as if the ball may actually roll right off the edge of your screen. I have never experienced a crash with this well made game and rate it a fun safe download.
