I travel for music so I need to see all shows for my bands. The limit of 200 miles is useless for me and this makes JamBase useless. As a developer I know this should be a simple thing to do.

I used JamBase for about a year to find out who's playing where and when. this app is a website I go to on a regular basis. Very cool tool and one stop shop to find out where the good music is.

However, JamBase was lacking many features. No articles, no news, no notifications etc. All JamBase provides is artist and venue information with a calendar that you can add shows to, but never alerts you of these shows.
Still somewhat useful.

However lately JamBase has gone downhill. It began crashing quite frequently. I kept going back to it while putting up with those glitches.
Now it got to the point where I try to open it, it pops up and closes instantly. Very annoying. I reboot my phone, tried again... Same results.

I decided to uninstall JamBase and reinstall. Upon trying to log in to retrieve my favorite artists list, JamBase began to crash again. I've tried closing it out and relaunching it again. Login, click submit...crashed again.

I've lost my patience with the this app App. The next step is to uninstall JamBase and forget about it. Save yourself some time and just use the website. It'll save you a lot of frustration.

JamBase used to work great but not anymore. When you click on a band you can’t scroll down to see their upcoming shows. It just keeps buffering back to the top show you can only see the next couple of shows.
It was a great app, told a lot of friends. Unfortunately it’s been like this for a while.

For some reason it never scrolls right. JamBase is good in concept but very glitchy.

Been a this app user / advocate since day 1… a d the current version is in need of a massive upgrade. As someone who designs GUI that loves music this has been a go to. But it’s just not easy to endorse a platform that is so dysfunctional when it comes to being able to track and follow events.

Been a user from the beginning and, sadly, the latest revamp is a step backwards. It also seems like JamBase is missing more and more shows. It’s like sometimes they’ll list the band playin the local hotdog stand but nothing about the established bands playing Sculpture Park. I wish there was a better alternative.

NOT covid related. Just use alternative sources to verify.

A really helpful feature for JamBase would be to include the ability to view and search for past shows that you have attended and that artists have performed. The website has this capability. It should move over to JamBase also. Otherwise, it’s good.

Great app for live music lovers on the go. Gives dates, times, and location of your favorite live bands. Band bio's are also included. There are two things that they could improve to earn 5 stars from me. #1 multiple locations I travel to several cities and would live to check in on those cities live music scene without having to reenter zip codes. In other words, add a "favorite locations scroll"

Add those two features, and it's a five star app.

I need to be able to search more than a 250 mi radius from home.

After years of using the site (and then JamBase ), this update makes familiar new. (Wish I had more shows to decide upon, but that will happen). Thanks and do good.

As a huge fan of live must, especially small venue shows this is the tool for you! Weather you want to see what is going on for the upcoming weekend, artists you want track, or local venues and dives you want to monitor for upcoming shows this a great app! You can also mark shows to show on your own calendar as you brows for shows at different venues. Also... If you travel for work or leisure, know what is happening in the are you will be before
your there, with the city search. Always room for improvement but I'm loving JamBase!

The premier Jamband information source for a decade and more. The leading site for live streams during covid. A truly deep and informative scheduling feature to find live shows in normal times. Some decent articles and reviews. Love this app - git on dis app

Excellent app for Spliff Mamas everywhere! I’ve been using JamBase for over 10 years and it’s still keeping me going to shows across the US! 😎😎😎

Perfect now, makes me really happy...I can't believe this hasn't come sooner. It now has several days listed with pix, email to friend, search for map location...everything, nice and simple, the way it should be. I have had a vision of how JamBase should be, and this is it. One thing, it could be more comprehensive, but that's this app...pretty comprehensive, but not totally...in NYC it's awesome, though. Thanks this app guys, concert database on my iphone, sweetness!

The best app for following live music!!! It fell off for a few years but the current team is doing great things with JamBase and website. Long live this app!

JamBase just found what is likely to be the best concert of my life, among many other headsplode worthy shows coming up. Definitely surprised me when it found a couple of underground bands I listen to!

A few suggestions:
-The ability to search by venue (this may be possible already, gonna check after this as the idea just popped into my head)
-The ability to email a list of upcoming shows to a friend, so I don't have to type out a gigantic list of shows I'm gonna force them to go see.
- JamBase should also make me a sammich, all this excitement over finding dope local shows has made me a bit hungry.
