Terrible customer service

This cloud storage was included when I purchased IPVanish. After 1 week it would not allow me to access my cloud storage anymore. It says that my account has been disabled when I try to sign in. I sent email to customer support and so far no response. I called and only option is to leave a voicemail. No response. I call sales and they answered right away but would only transfer me to support voicemail. Nice way to treat your customer after the sale.
Terrible customer service

I got SugarSync free with IPVanishVPN but I could never log in to my account. Three times, I contacted the customer service agents an each time the told me that there is an issue with your account. Today they told me your account is closed. So I sent them a screenshot of my subscription to show them that my account is not closed.
They said they are investigating the issue.
What a joke.

I had used Sugar Sync for a year or so and when the opportunity came about to use IP Vanish along with Sugar Sync for a month for free I went for it. At the end of the month I no longer wanted IP Vanish and canceled the service. However this deleted all 125GB of pictures and videos. 125GB OF PICTURES GONE!!! Absolutely worthless.
