How to fix iPray app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iPray app on iPhone
Update iPray app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iPray iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iPray on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iPray network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iPray Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iPray not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iPray App
1. On android, goto Settings » iPray » click [Force Stop]

Update iPray to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iPray App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iPray » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iPray.

Fix iPray unable to contact server/ iPray internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iPray » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iPray » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iPray
