Stopped working

It was fine for the first day that I used it, but then it randomly stopped letting me see the messages I received and wouldn't let me make any posts, see the messages I received, or make an account. It's been 8 months since this started happening and I've tried EVERYTHING- uninstalling, restaring my phone, etc.- and it still doesn't work. i kept it uninstalled for a few months thinking that would help it reset??? Maybe??? But it didn't do anything. Please fix this because I love this app!!

I was thinking that this app was better than whisper. It did everything whisper had done but better! However, the issue arose. One someone false flagged my account when posting normally. Apparently he got flagged for “misinformation” 😂 I figured it would be a quick talk with Customer Service however I sent him an email and I haven’t heard back in seven days? What customer support is that!? Still haven’t heard back from them. How am I supposed to enjoy the app if I can’t even use it?
Major problems

First of all, photos need to be pixelated or blurred until you tap on them, otherwise you’re at risk of trauma! Secondly, sometimes when I open a conversation, it starts at the top and I have to scroll all the way to the bottom, and it doesn’t bounce at the bottom like on Whisper. Feels weird
