All of these aps want you to buy before you can even try. Oh they say you can try but not so true. This one looked promising until I spent 10 minutes in a loop of ads never being able to try it. Pay pay pay! I should develop an ap promising gold and fortunes only to loop ads over and over until the user gives up! If you have a good product, have some CONFIDENCE in it and allow a user to experience it before demanding $70!!! Would you go to a store and buy a box that you couldn’t see in and had no writing on for $70??… then when you opened the box there was just more boxes you could buy that were blank? Developers need to be more confident in their product so that people like myself that WILL pay and have paid hundreds of dollars for aps feel safe buying.

I subscribed for the year service in June. App was working like a charm for a couple of months with minor glitches that reboot of phone seemed to clear up. Now it is September and every extension returns an API key error. I have sent multiple messages to support and have not received any response. I stopped the auto renewal but have a mind to request a partial refund since ChatGenius stopped working less than 4 months in. Had me hooked. Now I am just hot and not sure if this is just the way these apps operate…work for a short time and then stop working which would lead one to just sign up for another app.

Worked great, purchased a year of service. A couple weeks go by and now I get an error “incorrect api key provided”. Uninstalled, reinstalled. I have the latest version. Nothing else changed. Contacted company, No support.

ChatGenius is a SCAM

Offers a 3 day free trial with no commitment but will immediately take $75. Criminal.

Ads are punitive. Couldnt even chat once without getting docked with ads of 30sec or longer. Waste of time

Do not use ChatGenius it will trick you into using it for a couple days and after used to it, it will pretend like he doesn’t have an API key and you will have lost money if you have bought the subscription

Good luck trying to get a refund on the extremely expensive subscription. I had the subscription for one day, and Apple refused to refund.

Worked like a charm but all it does is return errors. Unpaid in advance for the year and it doesn’t seem like they are on it. I feel scammed

Very disappointed. Awaiting apples decision about a refund of lifetime membership. Worked for 7 days, then all queries only return an error message. Sent copies to developer. I do not recommend ChatGenius.

It worked great for a month or so but started responding with an “incorrect api error” every time I submitted a query.
I have reached out twice to support but have had no response. When I try to have Apple refund my annual payment, Apple states that there are no qualified purchases so I will cancel my subscription. I am very disappointed.

I have paid for the subscription, so why do I receive an error message saying I’ve reached my token limit. I thought that was the purpose of paying for ChatGenius so there will be no limits. When do the tokens reset? Why am I paying for ChatGenius when I’m not supposed to have a token limit? Please explain…

Signed a confused subscriber

All the typos made me skeptical this is the legit app, so deleted it before it stole all my information! If it’s in multiple languages, it has to translate well, and I’m sorry, the English has to be correct. How smart can ChatGenius be if it can’t write a sentence in correct English while setting it up?

It’ll tell you Joe Biden is an angel who has never committed a crime in his life, meanwhile, back in the real world there’s irrefutable proof the man is as corrupt as they come.
Proof of millions of dollars in payoffs from the ChiComs, the wife of the Mayor of Russia, Top Secret documents kept in an easily accessible unprotected garage, and the list goes on for decades.
Don’t use this worthless app.

I have uploaded ChatGenius and paid for year. One month ago when I tried to use a chat got, I got a message “error, you exceeded your current quota…” I have sent the couple messages to support, but no one answered me((( avoid this horrible app and service

My app isn’t responding to me. I got the GPT for hoping to see something exciting I’m using the voice to type and I’m not getting anything in return no answers. ChatGenius is finally starting to respond a little arrow showed up but I’m used to being able to navigate the phone apps intuitively and I’m not sure why ChatGenius is worth paying $69 for one. I don’t pay anything for Google.

Try asking something politically controversial or Geo politically relevant. It’s like you were speaking to a low intelligence system working from encyclopedia Britannica. I would say that this particular app is for someone of average to low average intelligence, and operates at the 5-7 grade level - FEOM A TEACHER - do not even consider using “this AI App” for homework, or writing a paper or you will be screwed when you turn it in. Might help you with math. No questions, or basic questions that are not nor controversial not philosophical. It is 100% Geo political propaganda BOT.

I’ve been paying for this for almost 6 months but the last two months it has not been working.
I’ve sent in request to the developer sent screen shots uninstalled reinstalled. I hope this message gets an answer and resolution for insufficient messages and time outs I’m getting all the time. Can’t even use ChatGenius .

So far so good. I would really appreciate to evaluate the application further to give you an accurate review. I do plan on coming back and updating my written review once i’ve been able to evaluate the whole application instead of being asked for you a review before I’ve been able to review the whole application. but as I said, so far, I like the and I hope it continues to live up to what it says it can do. Thank you I’ll be looking forward to putting up a second review.

Besides chats proclivity for making false statements, I have a reoccurring issue that leaves me unable to use ChatGenius at all for extended period time I’ve removed ChatGenius and re-downloading. Now the first time this happened. I wasn’t able to use ChatGenius for nearly 3 weeks if they can’t clear this issue up before my annual renewal is up in April I will likely not be renewing

I have been getting API errors for 2 days. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn’t work. Not sure what the solution is on mobile since I can’t find any help articles.

ChatGenius is super fun to insert prompts into and see what kind of interesting responses you get. I’d planned on keeping it for longer than I did, but after two days of having it I was getting non-stop invalid API errors, which there is no easy fix for on mobile. Outside of that though - a really cool little app.

So far, so good! The bot is able to write basic contracts, letters and essays. It also researches for you and answers almost any question.

Recently, I’ve been experiencing some issues with the “Get 150+ tokens reward - Watch add” button. I press it and it doesn’t bring me to an ad.

Happy to say, this AI works great and I appreciate. However, I’m just asking you to lower the ad amount a tiny bit. After all, 30 second long ads only for one single message’s worth of text seems a bit much. Though, still, it’s a pretty good AI.
