DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I went to rent a bike but couldn’t find one it’s alright so I made a reservation and when I went they said that they never had a bike that day in the first place, then I got my hands on one and the brakes were all messed up and the repair duration takes ages so I kept it like that for a month then returned it, later they charged me for the repairs, SCAM. And they tell you at first that repairing brakes and tires are free. Also, the battery doesn’t hold for 60 miles, SCAM! It goes for a max of 25 miles, I REPEAT DON’T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

I CALLED A WEEK BEFORE AND SCHEDULED A APPOINTMENT I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL INSTEAD I GET DENIED SERVICE BECUASE I DIDNT BRING A PHISYCAL ID OR PASSPORT BUT I CALLED BEFORE AND THEY SAID THEY DONT NEED IT PHISCALLY NOW WHEN I GET TO THE LOCATION I HAD TO TO WAIT ALOT OF TIME TO EVEN GET TALKED TO I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS WHIZZ JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY LIKE ANY OTHER BIKE RENTAL AMD THE EMPLOYEES OF 13th st and 8av ARE THE WORST THEY DONT CARE AND THEY SOEND THERE TIME LAUGHING AND GIVING BAD STARES TO THE CUSTOMERS THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOS .
