Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Chromi app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Chromi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chromi app on iPhone
Update Chromi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chromi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chromi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chromi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Chromi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chromi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Chromi app issues:

Force Stop the Chromi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Chromi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Chromi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chromi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Chromi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Chromi.

Fix Chromi unable to contact server/ Chromi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Chromi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Chromi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chromi on android.
