Would love to watch Liv Golf but no matter what device I use (iPhone, iPad, AppleTV) it just gives me fits. I watch the DirectTV app never buffers or freezes, but the Liv app will work for 5 minutes and then freezes until I restart LIVGolf and it starts working for another 5 minutes. I try watching on Wi-Fi and cellular and just seems to never watch work. My Apple TV is even hardwired and it still buffers. LIVGolf is also just not pleasant to use on my ipad, it jumps to older videos from the live tournament without even touching it. Would love to watch more but its just not pleasant.

Here are just a couple though… new season should be better, not worse. Performance / speed is so bad all of a sudden this season with the new update as to look like amateurs wrote it in an afternoon. Everything is just SLOW. The “L+” just scrolls over and over and over.
In the leaderboard, there are no scores when you tap on the individuals lines. It just shows each hole and what the par is. Dumb. I could go on and on, but considering the investment being made in LIV Golf, you’d think they would invest in LIVGolf rather than have a couple kids put it together in the basement.

Two stars because I’m glad there is an app available. But LIVGolf was clearly not designed by people who know golf. One example is in the stats (when I can get it to open and it doesn’t crash LIVGolf ), the player’s hole by hole score does not have the standard symbols for birdie, bogie, etc, so it’s hard to read. It also shows the accumulated score for every round and not just the round’s score, which is confusing. Hopefully LIVGolf and product can get better, because I enjoy the golf.

I love that you can watch coverage but LIVGolf has the rushed feel to it. I’m sure it’ll improve drastically as the season goes but it’s only use is to watch at the moment. You still have to go to the website to see a leaderboard.

It is extremely hard to find the latest replay. That should be the featured video. LIVGolf constantly crashes, freezes up, or has poor quality. I stream everything and never have a problem until I started using LIVGolf. This is basically the main way to watch LIV, you would think they could invest some money into an app that works.

I love the golf and the video quality is good, but the video player being used in the apps (including TV apps) needs to be brought into the 21st century. Please give us a way to fast forward and rewind, for those of us who can’t always watch live and have to watch the replay videos. Also, in the streaming apps, please allow us to slide the standings chyron in and out from the side of the screen (yes, this is possible to implement and it’s more in line with UX design for mobile and TV apps). I would prefer to decide whether I have the chyron on the screen. I usually don’t need it constantly visible on the screen distracting from the play.

Started out great, where I could screen mirror easily to Roku Express. And when I did, I could watch the stream on the TV, while I could still the phone to do other things as LIVGolf just played the video.
And then a new version blocked it, and then they sort of fixed it. Currently I could watch the video, but if I try to do something else on the phone, it pops the video off the mirrored screen so I have to be in LIVGolf to carry on watching.
I wish it could go back to how it used to be

LIVGolf is a great idea for what a golf league’s app COULD be, but it falls short on a lot of its promised features. The live broadcast (which you can watch for free in the US!) is great and only has the rare glitch. But their newer features (like separate streams that only follow one group of players so you can watch your favorites, and a feature that supposedly lets you watch any shot, any time) probably only work 10% of the time. I’ve never been able to use the “Any shot, any time” feature because it always just buffers indefinitely.

I’m giving LIVGolf 3 stars because what it promises to give would be best in class! When they make these features actually functional I’ll come back and give it 5 stars.

Watching Singapore. Enjoying it on the CW. Also using LIVGolf . Neither LIVGolf or the website offers a store to buy merchandise. Major shortcoming. Do better.
I need some caps to mess with my friends 😂
Also, the reason I gave LIVGolf 4 instead of 5 stars is that it shows a lot of history, but it does not offer a lot of information for the future without going to the website.

Big fan of the LIV Tour. Love how LIVGolf finally came out. I think this will bring more eye balls to what the LIV tour is trying to do and some really great competitive individual and team golf. Golf but more fun I think is the perfect model. Only thing I would say is that I would love for this new app to have a place where you can find the live leaderboard. Other than that it’s gold!

LIVGolf is great but there needs to be a menu that’s breaks down LIVGolf and lets you choose where to go instead of it all just being on one page that you have to scroll through.

I would give this a 5 star review but….LIVGolf is asking for a membership subscription to watch the last weeks rounds. The website disclosed that it is a free app, I am not sure if this is a technical mix up but that is the only issue I have encountered so far.

LIVGolf is great super intuitive. Only thing is sometimes the live golf matches just randomly freeze and you have to close out LIVGolf and restart but other than that is works great!

I think LIVGolf is pretty well made and gets the job done. Definitely love the fact you can go back and watch the old tourneys. But please add stats (at least the scores at minimum).

Everything is better than these guys old league. Watching more golf shots than commercials is so much better, I’d forgotten what that is like until LIV started over a year ago. The team aspect is my favorite addition of the many improvements LIV has created. PGA is good, LIV is far and away the best! And with LIVGolf I stay up to date no matter where I am.

I absolutely love all of the additions that have been made to LIVGolf over time. I love how you can personalize it to your liking by selecting your favorite team and favorite golfers. I also love that they added Fantasy Golf and the Store has seen some major upgrades as well. Overall, I prefer LIV to PGA. Keep putting the pressure on them because it’s making them sweat!!!

I really love LIVGolf for watching LIV Golf, but since updating to Version 1.9 this morning I find it lagging, stopping and in general very unstable. I have restarted my Wi-Fi twice, tried 3 different Wi-Fi channels and even tried just straight cellular data and all are doing the same thing. I have even restarted my iPad twice with no relief. I feel it has to be this new version of LIVGolf .

Thanks for developing additional options for a golf fan like me. I love the team concept, love seeing players I know and care about, love taking LIV to markets outside of the US. Heck, I wish there was more outside the USA. 9-5 would be ideal, 8-6 very good, 6 outside and 8 in the USA is not global enough. Separate yourself even more from the PGAT. Play another in Aussie (a visit to the sand belt perhaps), one in So South America or European continent, and one in South Africa.

My husband John and I absolutely love liv golf! We have been to 3 tournaments and have bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise! Was disappointed at the merchandise At Orlando nothing but tee shirts for women! Liv golf is all we watch no more pga!! Please consider the women and get more pull overs like you did in New Jersey and doral! We love all the staff at liv jerry foltz is an awesome guy. We will be in our home state Oklahoma and will be going to London. I think we are some of liv’s biggest fans. We tell everyone how exciting it is to go a tournament. Never knew how boring the pga is until we started going to liv. Again please bring the women’s merchandise back. Thank you Kristen Munno

It is like a breath of fresh air for a new generation of watchers. The leader board is amazing as is the new drop mic. No more more do we have to watch the top 5 players score that finish 4 hours ago through out the coverage while others are playing and knowing where they stand in relation to the other active players. Thank god for some fresh thinking and not adding useless data to try to generate interest for the sport.

I used LIVGolf while watching the LIV golf tour live in Orlando. There is no lag time… I mean none. I watched a player on LIVGolf hit the ball and the ball lane simultaneously at the same time as LIVGolf on the green. I had to double take , thinking it was from a player a hole or two before but it wasn’t. That was impressive.

Excited you now have a LIV App. I hope you start to include a leaderboard section, player stats, future tee times and also a store where you can shop for LIV merchandise. For an App that is a few days old it was awesome! I liked being able to watch on my phone on Friday and will probably watch on Saturday’s and Sunday’s too.

I love being able to the majority of the LIV golfers with very limited interruptions! LIV brings impact as the shotgun starts enables so much to be seen over a timeframe in which a normal golf game is played. Unlike the all day event in which only half is shown and even then only a select few. Keep playing and I’ll be here rooting you on!

Man, I don’t know what everyone’s big deal is. This is way better broadcasting than PGA, and I can still watch the final round on Sundays. This only adds to the amount of golf I can watch. Livestream while I’m working, and LIVGolf is second only to the Augusta Masters app, but for a brand new league, they are KILLING it with content and top players. It’s only a matter of time before the golf world is more accepting, glad I’m here in the beginning!

Finally a True Golf App. None of the other so Called Golf Associations out there can compete with this app+. So nice to be able to just open LIVGolf and See my Players and Teams Status as the Golf Tournament is going on. Second Season of LIV Golf and already making great Strides in Perfecting this Association.
What a Joy to watch all these Players that I have watch for years, actually act like there having fun.
Keep growing LIV, you are still young in this Sport.

I try to watch the full round replays but they never load properly, and all I get is the spinning loading wheel. I’ve tried multiple times. Maybe it’s my network, but other video apps work fine for me.

The LIV golf app has been fantastic at keeping be abreast and up to date on the LIV events and all the players and teams associated with each event. Sometimes it can be overwhelming with the amount of star golfers in an event and following each of them. However, the LIV golf app makes it easy to figure out and follow! Thanks LIV!

Enjoy this format in golf. Shotgun start is my favorite. Club golfers have played this way for many years. LIV has brought a lot of people to watch without spending 5 + hours trying to get the round in. Greg Norman one of the all time greats has done a fantastic job.

I love that you can actually catch all the action on LIVGolf for free! No cable subscription or purchase necessary just download and watch! Leaderboards, team leaderboards, and season leaderboards will be great but I’d imagine those are coming with updates!
