Unable to load app
We pay a premium every month for your online chat. On desktop it works fine, on the actual app good luck answering to any of your online visitors. We will be cancelling our subscription (3 year long customer)

Great company bad add
The features and ui of the app is really bad compared to online. You cant see any previous chats in the completed chat or they seem to even disappear when talking to people. Tideo is better but hoping this one improves soon since I switched.

Great App
I’ve been using this app for my business for years! The only slight issue I have right now is the app on the IPad Pro. This app is amazing, please fix the minor glitch!! The app will not turn to landscape mode on the iPad Pro.
