Lexvonta would not load, l had a subscription of vidman which was transferred to dazoppy when vidman was discontinued and then dazoppy was discontinued and account was transferred to lexvonta and I thought I paid the $48.99 for 12 months but now I cannot watch lexvonta. I have tried everything to reload the app with no success. Can you please check this out, not quite sure if the email above is the one I used to set this up or sueramsey2.sr@redacted.

How to fix Lexvonta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lexvonta app on iPhone
Update Lexvonta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lexvonta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lexvonta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lexvonta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lexvonta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lexvonta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lexvonta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lexvonta » click [Force Stop]

Update Lexvonta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lexvonta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lexvonta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lexvonta.

Fix Lexvonta unable to contact server/ Lexvonta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lexvonta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lexvonta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lexvonta
