I sent money to the wrong bank account not like the wrong MoniepointBusinessBanking have different types of account so I sent it to the other ones cause I thought It was the same now have been trying to get u guy’s assistant no one have helped me am really disappointed
This is the worst banking app I’ve used in Nigeria I was using my account normally only for me to check my account on a normal day to see -200 thousand naira without any emails calls or messages I’ve been calling the customer service and when I get to the next person in line the call ends automatically

Is it possible for another person to use my Bvn? Cause I don’t understand I can’t seem to be able to open an account it keeps telling me that I seem to already have an account and I should sign in when I’ve never created an account before
MoniepointBusinessBanking worked on my phone but after three days it keeps popping up update app and when I try updating it pops up unable to load page and I’m not able to login into my account again please do something about it very quick
My account has issues for like 2weeks now and I keep sending an email but still nothing has been done yet, all I keep getting is to wait for 24-72 hours working days but still nothing has been done since. I can’t access my money and it’s called a business account.
I couldn’t enroll my moniepoint app on both of my phone once…and after i enrolled my iPhone it won’t take 5 minutes it would automatically log out and i will need to enroll again and it must also ask for otp again…. So stressful and not user friendly

This business App is frustrating, the developers need to do well in the area of MoniepointBusinessBanking blocking device after one(1) wrong password attempt, I have done forgotten password for more than 35 times you can check from your system, I did today.
Please u guys should work on it or learn from others , which App will block a device after 1 wrong attempt? I use OPay it not like that please I’m rating 1 star cos of that I will come back and give full rating if my complaint is attended to.

First time using Moniepoint and I’m already having issue. I transferred money from my other bank account to my Moniepoint account, the money didn’t reflect in my Moniepoint account and I was debited. They keep telling me the transaction is not up to 24 hours when clearly it’s more than 24 hours

It’s over 24 hours now I sent money to someone it first showed failed that the money will be sent back to my account and to my surprise the money later debited in my account and successfully sent. Since yesterday the person I sent the money to haven’t received it and I can’t enter Help & Support to log complain in my app
I’m using MoniepointBusinessBanking for the first time and unfortunately my review to it is a bad one and to be sincere I don’t think I will ever tell or advise anyone to make use of MoniepointBusinessBanking…I was unfortunate to receive money more than my limit and knowing to me that MoniepointBusinessBanking called money point didn’t reverse the money instead they compromised it I won’t ever tell anyone about MoniepointBusinessBanking ever..
For over three weeks. I have money stuck in my bank account trying to upgrade my account and all. But guess what they have the worst app and even worse customer support services. Every I’m in communication with them and they do nothing. Since august 8, today is august 27th. The worst financial institution I’ve ever put my money in. I wish I could drop a negative rating.
I am finding it difficult to create my password even though I used 8 characters or more than. There’s a cap, lower case and special character, what else does MoniepointBusinessBanking want even after doing this. Am stuck at that point.

Can you Guys work on the notification via MoniepointBusinessBanking , incase we received money…..it should pop up or push notifications. Why is it taking long, must we open the bank to check balance, what if network is not available to open the bank app?

MoniepointBusinessBanking is one of the super easy to use banking app I have ever used and this map has made me to ignore other older banking apps I used to have.
Sadly , it’s taking your company donkey times to Provide Payment Links and Invoice options on your app. “The coming soon” message has taken almost the whole time I have been on Moniepoint Business. Do something about it or I Jump back to Flutterwave I’m serious.
We need it so we can have quick banking and payment links everywhere we go.
