I have to keep going back to get CornerstoneFinancialCU . It will not open automatically! I even rebooted my phone. 😏 Sorry, this has too many glitches. I really think the old one was user friendly and much easier to navigate.
Won’t let me log in so restarted my phone. I then I deleted CornerstoneFinancialCU and reinstalled it. Tried to log in again and CornerstoneFinancialCU froze! Can’t see my accounts or anything!
This is MAJORLY annoying. Why won’t CornerstoneFinancialCU open automatically? For the love of Peter, Paul and Mary bring back the previous system!!
I used to use CornerstoneFinancialCU but all the sudden it won’t let me log into my account but it will on their website online. It doesn’t make any sense. Guess i’m sticking to the old fashioned way lol.
I went to check my balance and had to download the new app to do it. The new app won’t let me do anything just says access denied.
Will not let me log on! I just want to pay my car note. I try to call and it literally puts me on hold for an hour!!
So far I have been unable to login to my account, even after going to the facility, this has been happening since the change, still won’t let me log in, wants to send yet another code to phone and doesn’t work.
I was denied access but I was using a VPN. So I turned it off and turned off wifi to just use my data and it’s still saying access denied. Tried deleting and re-downloading app. Still will not re-grant access. I just want to check my balance. The security features while good intentioned are stupid, let me log into my bank.
While the transition from the old app to the new went very well, the appearance of the new app leaves much to be desired. For example, the new app does not support dark mode. Additionally, it doesn’t appear to support the accessibility option for large text. The enhanced security features, although well behind other banking apps, are a welcome improvement.
I want a touchless card like a regular bank. I want my picture on the card for better security like some banks do. I would appreciate it if you’d upgrade so that we can enjoy the same amenities as a bank. Thank you.
The new app looks great and is a big step up from the previous one! Really appreciate CFCU for investing more in the digital side. However, I’m surprised at how many permissions CornerstoneFinancialCU asks for at startup. Camera permissions for check deposits makes sense. But really, you want to track my physical location, and my activity across other apps and websites? I don’t see any good reason for a bank app to ask for those.
Previous app had ability to send full alerts to multiple family members. This is what CornerstoneFinancialCU needs back. Had it before but not now.
Why do you keep on changing the online banking formats? They worked better before
Great app but, since updated, it’s a pain snapping a pic of the back side of a check for direct deposit. I have to take it several times before it accepts it.
