Every time I put my password in my name something went wrong I can’t even get into the device. I’ve been at this for at least an hour and a half. I deleted apps on my phone thinking maybe that was the problem but it’s a big glitch so far

It’s difficult to know where to start when trying to review this app and device, so I’ll just list all the problems that I can remember:
- unable to log in with biometrics
- unable to find or manually connect to my primary or guest Wi-Fi networks
- unable to control device’s brightness or displayed time
- all links to the company’s “Help Center” take you to a 404 page
- slow/no response after emailing support
-many features are “Coming Soon” with no roadmap or ETA provided to customers
