The game is fun, and I’ve purchased a few times. However, my Apple has been charged way more than I purchased. Currently rejecting several charges I did not make. It’s like if you buy something, they’ll add a second charge a couple hours later. Make sure to screenshot any purchase you make or you’ll get a $24 bill for a $3 purchase.

I downloaded this game because I could earn money in another game. But in order to do that I have to reach certain levels by certain days. I have already spent money so I could get to some point f the levels but my next reward is 5 levels away and I need it in 3 days and for the last 5 hours the game is frozen on the welcome screen. Seriously y’all, it feels like it is on purpose like these two companies have a contract with each other.

Do not pay for any packages on this game. This game just steals your money, even if you go under contact us for help, they do not respond. Silence, nothing, two days and still nothing! Not even a robotic response like ….“it may take awhile for a response”…. I am sick to my stomach!

the payments on TaylorsSecret is so buggy and horrible. not to mention that they are scamming. Imagine u try to complete the “0.99” tower for more in-app treasures bc it already takes too long to recharge. After you finish two of them and u try to buy the third one it tells u that u cant buy that one until u buy the one before it, but u already did. u close app and refresh it and it still doesnt work. ITS FRUSTRATING. Fix this bug now.

I reached lvl 20 & the wait time for recharging is long (~2 1/2 hours to fully recharge energy). Even if you have enough energy… the generators starts “charging” all of sudden & you gotta wait from 30 mins to 3 hrs max!!! The first several levels will be sooo quick, you think it’s fun but then as you go higher through the levels, waiting time increases. “Events” have so little time limits that you’ll feel frustrated for not being able to finish it all unless you put REAL MONEY on it for you to have energy! This game is just cash grab or patience test!

I reached level 36, and if prior that I needed 280 experience to reach next level, on lvl 36 I suddenly need 980 experience to upgrade to a new lvl. So according to my math, each task is 20 exp, so I need to complete 49 tasks! Each task is about 800 stars now, so I need almost 40,000 stars. If on average I get 100 stars per order, I need 400 orders??? Isn’t it ridiculous? Time to delete since it will take me like a month to get to a new level.
The creators make it ridiculously hard to upgrade. I don’t have an intent to be spending forever on each level. Goodbye Taylor!

The storyline is boring. The energy runs out too fast but charge so slowly. The merging idea sounds fun but is very irritating because of what you have to go through to get the items and how many times you have to merge that one item to get to the one you need. I’m only playing it to earn money but I’m ready to uninstall it.

I would be playing this game all day if it weren’t for all of the restrictions around charging items, along with recharge timers set to 1hr+ after dispensing 6 items. I feel like you wouldn’t want people to wait around all day rather than actively playing the game? The lack of energy and the hours required to refill will probably be the reason I delete this game within a week

I’ve spent more money than I care to admit on this game. If you don’t stop with all the I made a gazillion dollars last month playing solitaire ads, then I’m going to take my wallet, walk away, and delete the game. I’m not stupid and most people know if it’s to good to be true, than it most likely is fake. No one is going to make that kind of money playing solitaire, you know it and I know it, so stop!!!!!!

This game has a decent amount of polish put into it and the gameplay is as you’d expect. The problem though is that the developer actively chooses to change the rules of the game to prevent you from professing without paying. I have spent over 200 in the game and was progressing just fine but as I approached level 47 I was met with a 1500% increase in star requirements while also seeing a reduction in stars that I receive. When messaging customer support asking for justification for this change I was ignored and my messages deleted. It’s clear that the team is only looking to extort its players for every dime it can. I’ve checked with other players hoping to understand what the overall situation is but was told that some were experiencing the same unfair treatment while others were not even on the same exact level. Shame on this developer for augmenting their game and targeting specific users while also inconsistently applying changes across their player base.

UPDATE: my chat with customer service was deleted and i never received compensation for my item. game is now unplayable and this whole situation is extremely frustrating because of how much time i’ve put into this game.

This game is a good game with fun events and activities, however I recently lost an item which i need to progress in the game and to do anything in the game really, and the support chat/system is absolutely horrible. They did not respond to my message for days after I contacted every 12 hours or so to try and get an update. Any update they give me is just that they’re looking into it or the technicians found nothing wrong, despite showing many screenshots that would prove i had the item. i still have yet to receive my compensation and they just keep making me wait after not responding for days. absolutely horrible experience with their support group.

I actually grew to love this game but it’s slowly losing me I think it’s madness to have only 100 energy points and that’s all you ever get, especially since it’s a merging game you go through the 100 just to make one item if your lucky enough , and yes the game has events to earn items but if you don’t have the 100 lighting bolts then forget even taking part in any event or joining because before you make it back to 100 the event is over boooo!!!! But I am officially deleting today I am tired of getting into my groove just to not do nothing or for an event to come to earn 500 energy but can’t do anything if you don’t have the energy the amount of stars you need to build your island goes up why can’t your energy at least 300 but if this doesn’t bug you then you will enjoy it or if you don’t mind spending money but me I will be walking away from this game

This game is pretty fun in the beginning but the XP ranks up dramatically when reaching level 20 and playing merge games it’s always nice to reach levels faster to experience your island/city/house grow. It is also made harder to level up as the stars on the board do not increase when leveling up so the max stars only give 62 stars. This isn’t a issue with other merge games such as Merge Major as it’s XP doesn’t rise by 2x after level 20:/ and who knows if it will rise to 3x or higher after each level after that. To give a perspective of how much XP rises after level 20 I’m currently level 21 or 22(I deleted the game) it requires 1400 stars to only get 20 XP(you need 440XP to go to the next level) and 100 energy(max) yields only around 200 stars(one energy recharges every 2 minutes).

Taylor’s Secret had flaws from the beginning, but it was relatively fun and progressing easily so I kept playing. The stars required to do each task increased as I leveled up, but the amount of XP received for completing tasks remained at 20. Now I need over 6,000 stars to complete a task for 20 XP and that won’t even get me to another level. It will just take me to the next task that I’m sure will require another super high number of stars. The orders I have on my board are for a low number of stars or the ones that are a high number will take several full refills of energy to obtain. It shouldn’t take days of play to achieve one task. Overall this game needs a major revamp by the developers to be successful. Don’t waste your time with it’s current state.

Easy to play. Cute. The dialogue was funny and the mini games and challenges were fun. Some where along the way the “difficulty” level increased exponentially. I’m on level 30 and the number of stars it takes to cash in for XP is over 3000. The game mechanics aren’t more challenging it’s just less gratifying. You have to merge for days or drop serious amounts of money to move forward at all…. Which is just kind of pointless in a merge game. The challenges are impossible to finish without spending money / and I’m definitely not an I’ll never spend in games person- but a good game should keep you wanting to play and move forward . Not sure why the game makers went this route - I’m definitely losing interest.

Better yet, DO NOT DOWNLOAD. There are so many more similar games to this that are legit. I’ve been playing this game for over a month and have spent a fair amount of money for a game testing app. The past couple purchases for .99 TaylorsSecret has charge $10-$20!!! There is no customer service. You will not get the money back. The game is fun and you will feel the need to buy more to continue the story so if you do, link a card that has a small limit you can add a couple bucks to in case they triple charge. That way it declines.

Another review has said the same so I wanted to report my findings.

In order to pass certain levels in time for rewards (with free cash) you have to spend a fortune. AND - when you go to explore, if you buy energy for the expedition, it doesn’t matter because you have to spend all of your gems to get past the first obstacle!! (Which they do not tell you before you purchase the basically worthless power pack!)
Fun game, but too much time & $ to make it worth my while. There are others very similar, much better.

TaylorsSecret is fine but the game has far too much going on: we are suppose to be helping Taylor find out what happened to her mother (who has disappeared allegedly) AND continue to build the resort that her mother was suppose to be starting????

The actual games also have no relation to the story (they are about serving people snacks).

Overall, there hasn’t been any glitches or bugs but I’m not enjoying the game.

I really like playing this game and still do, however, the higher up you get the worse the rewards are. Passing levels gets you a box of lightning bolts and not 100 guaranteed. The boxes that you get have items in them to make your generators produce higher items. Nothing to keep playing the game. You have to buy (which I’ve spent more than I’d like to admit) or just wait. And getting one lightning bolt every two minutes takes hours to get any to do anything with. Forget the card game they give you bc you will never got all 108. The super pass is a joke to purchase bc you can’t get anything that will allow you to even play. Will soon be deleting if it doesn’t improve.

This game has been fun, the dialogue is laughably bad, but the game is still enjoyable. UNTIL, I made the mistake of making a purchase. Now the game is unplayable. Everything that used to be accessible by watching ads, costs gems now — gems I need to purchase. It’s like once they discovered I was willing to throw a couple of bucks at them, they didn’t want to risk me watching ads instead of throwing more money. Except now I’m not watching ads or gonna spend any more money. And I’ve certainly stopped enjoying playing. So my tip is, if you like the game, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MAKING A PURCHASE, or your entire gameplay experience will change.

I wouldn’t recommend this game if you aren’t patient because you will be doing a lot of waiting. Even if you spend money (unless it’s a substantial amount, I guess). There seems to be a mini game that eventually pops up to help with the waiting, though. Anyways, I merge the treasure chests for better rewards. I also refuse to participate in the one on one PvP battles because, IMO, the rewards are not worth the vast amount of resources you will be wasting. That stuff could easily go to customers on the board. I wish they wouldn’t try to force people to participate in them in the first place. There is a story, but it can get pretty abrupt at times. Like, they’ll be discussing Taylor and her secret then they will jumpcut to talking about building a bridge. Some of the characters, like Bob and Kayden, make me uncomfortable so I’m glad the game has a skip dialogue option. The game annoys me but I like it enough to keep playing.
Edit: Maybe it’s just me, but the “feature” where they force you to wait for hours for a single item to recharge seems to have gotten worse. Interesting. My rating has been updated accordingly.

The actual game part is nice but the recharge is way too dang slow. It should be 1 star every minute and build up to 150 or 200 energy. You can literally only play a few minutes every few hours. After this test trial ends, I’m not keeping.

Good colors and designs but hard to play.
This game is hard to pass because the energy bar takes to much minutes for full complete and put people to use real money to buy energy and packs of the game value for helping to pass the game.

Is a good game, I started playing because I was suppose to get an incentive, I didn’t, anyway after all I still play the game, i was at level 25 but couldn’t progress no more, the story is all repetitive and getting energy isn’t exactly that easy, if you don’t buy it you’ll have to wait few hour to get your energy back which stinks! I spend a few dollars after all, yesterday I restarted the game, bc I see I’m not getting anywhere, also events are short and without energy can’t win. Wish they were more flexible with energy and diamonds

Fun when I first started, but you quickly run out of energy and most items take a long time (and lots of energy) to build. And now the game lags so much it takes forever simply to try to make a match. Considering the game isn’t that complex, I don’t understand this terrible performance just to make matches.

So I downloaded the game today and I’ve been playing since . The story line is fine ,playing is fine . But I don’t know if it’s me but for chapter 3 after I made my pick on what fountain I want it bugged to where I can’t change it .

I like the game and story line ❤️, but why does it take all of my energy to merge one item and why does it take so many steps to even get to the item!? Is it at all possible to get full energy after clearing a chapter please and thank you 😊

This is a fun merge game. But you get very little energy and only 2 videos to watch for extra energy.
It seems like you should get energy faster or have a bigger total.
Also most customers want popcorn and you can’t get much popcorn to merge in a day. So not a lot of playing time available but still fun!

I really don’t understand energy based games, especially one like this where the gameplay is fun to play, but you can only really play for like a couple minutes before you run out of energy. You’d have to spend either money or wait hours to be able to play again for yet another couple minutes. Gameplay gets you money, so why limit people who want to play???

I like the game overall. I’m addicted to playing it. I have a couple of complaints though. When you click on an ad to earn energy once the ad stops playing you don’t earn the energy. You have to completely exit out of the game to get rid of the ad screen and for your time you receive nothing. This happens 8 out of 10 times. I feel you watch the ad you should receive 15 energy. I feel cheated. Also when filling orders most of the time the item you need say for macaroons will not pop up. Or maybe it will once. You can burn through 150 energy and not get what you need from the generator. Each item should have its own generator just like popcorn or the shells. If I need to fill a drink order it rarely comes up and same with jewelry and macaroons. We are investing our time in playing so I feel it shouldn’t be almost impossible to get items you need to fulfill the order especially when you have 300 energy and can’t complete one order.

I’ve been playing game for awhile now and really like it however I’ve now found my card has been charged 2x for something I didn’t purchase.

The merge part of the game is fun. But the dialog is terrible. She will be talking about her mom’s disappearance and then the subject will change in a second like nobody cares about her mom. The characters are very uninteresting. The decor part of the game is lacking too. It’s not very detailed. I wish you could spend more time in one section, but they get finished pretty quickly before moving on.

Soo this game is cool , keeps you busy and it does have some annoying things to it with random side games, etc . However what irritates me the most is the story line and words being said . Whoever the author is or person who inputs the story and words needs to reevaluate themselves. Theres so many typos, so many times where sentences didn’t make sense at all and it’s extremely annoying. Sometimes i feel like someone in elementary school wrote it. I definitely feel like they inputted any story in this game just for themselves because it’s just a mess .

TaylorsSecret says it’s designed for a
little bit younger than I think is feasible with a mystery with the bad guy with a competitor. I think it’s a very fun idea. Choosing colors and design is a great idea makes it very fun. I think the lightning bolt and the stars could be explained a little better.

The merging is fun and cool decorations but I can only play for like maybe 10 minutes before I run out of energy and have to wait a few hours to play the game again. I like it and would be fine watching ads for energy but if it’s either pay real money for energy or only play 10 minutes at a time then…I’ll probably end up uninstalling. No fun having a game that won’t let you play…bummer

I’ve have brought the $9.99 package 3 times never got my package you fixed the first time then the last two times taken my money and nothing so either fix it or I’ll be deleting the game and I really enjoy the game but, I don’t like paying for something I don’t ever receive

I love the story line for the most part. It’s just slow like soap operas getting to the point hah. I wish we had more energy opportunities. Have to forget about the game for a while and hope it’s full. Fun characters and trying to prepare everyone order can be challenging.

You don’t get an energy refill when you level up which is kind of annoying….art and animations are fun and cute.

I enjoy playing the game. It’s far better than other match games I have played, but I had an issue with the store in which I made a purchase that was deducted from my account and I didn’t receive the items I was supposed to get. I put in a request for help several days ago and have not heard anything from them. I’ll update this review when they fix my problem. It’s an enjoyable game, though.

Every time I play I’m asked to purchase more and more. You can’t get very far without spending lots of money. I really like the game and I am enjoying playing it but come on now how about lots more freebies. Also, the recharging is annoying.

I love this game but the update reset some of my game and all the free energy and gems and things I accomplished in the game so that is rather frustrating and having to repeat what you just did again.

It takes FOREVER to get experience points in this game. Hours of play and purchases and sometimes you won’t even get experience points to reach the next level. This game is fun and addictive, but the fact it seems to be slowing the progression process feels very scammy and annoying.

Totally free to play and no ads whatsoever. I haven’t spent any money at all. Good story line and characters, but the English translations aren’t perfect. There are no time limits. It’s purely an energy game with match 2 and fill orders game play like some other games out there.

It’s oddly addicting. I began playing the game to earn a little bit of money thru a play-to-earn app and actually started to like the game. The ridiculousness of it makes me laugh and I genuinely think it’s a great game!

Super fun and entertaining. The only thing I would say is that when offering bundles like items to buy together the yellow x is not big enough because I could barely see it the first time around. I would like if you would expand it. Also there are a lot of in app purchases. I know that’s how to make money but I wish there were other ways to get energy without paying money or by paying for diamonds.

I have purchased a couple of specials for more lives, and I’m not getting them but I’m getting charged.

It’s saying there is no internet but I am connected to the internet. I restarted the phone and it still will not connect. Don’t know if it’s a bug but please fix it if so. Thank you! I like this game a lot and look forward to playing it more.

It’s a fun game. It gets a little repetitive. And you run out of energy too quickly.
I could see myself getting burned out by that.
But for now it has my attention.
And is entertaining so far.
Creative for this type of game.

Honestly not a fan of the “story” part of the game, but love everything else. Can’t stop clicking to play. So the story part must not bother me that much 😜

This game of Taylor’s Secret is a very fun game and I love playing daily and it doesn’t need to be improve because it’s good as it’s.

Game is fun, but if you’re playing using kickkash or free cash, etc, you’ll likely have to spend the same money you are “earning” from completing the challenges in the time frame given.

Still, the game is really fun and addicting.

So far I really like this game. There’s all sorts of small games for a little more challenge. So far I really haven’t found a problem with any of it. Good job guys.

Its a good match game that keeps you playing for hours sometimes frustrating because finding some items can be hard and clog up the board but that's the idea. Have fun n good luck passing levels.
