Need to make compatible with Macbook Pro

I don't use my phone or my iPad for therapy I use my computer because that is the platform I prefer. Not sure why this isn't compatible with my macbook pro but it won't let me update saying it isn't compatible. Please make it compatible with my computer!!

I am completely unable to use the app in any way. When I log in, the app displays a white page telling me to return to the app and log in to join a session.
Latest Update Broke the App
