I was at like level 20, had 3 hero’s and more the 2 or 3 max upgraded gear. I had to delete the game because I needed to update my phone and I re-downloaded the game and found out that all of my stuff was reset and now have to start over. Honestly thinking of just deleting it all together now because I have to start over and all of the stuff I had was free. I spent no money on the game

I can understand the point of having ads in the game however the ads in this game are ridiculous.. why? Because most ads are 15-30 seconds long which I feel in 2024 isn't so bad, but in this game, it forces you to watch the entire ad THEN forces you to the page to download UndeadCity and to make it even worse, after you return to the game, it forces you to stare at the ad screen for like another 10 seconds before the exit button appears. Immediately uninstalled after that. Don't force us to watch ads longer than they are. 15-30 seconds is okay but why do you got to add another 10-15 seconds in there to waste our time? Smh

There is no way to contact anyone about in-app purchases, I wanted the new TITAN character and it said you will get TITAN after 11 chests, well I bought 22 and now it’s saying you will get TITAN after 36 chests…. What the actual blank is that wording. I just coughed up $24 for this game after paying $14 to apple to get my Apple ID up to date….. can someone contact me and please explain the wording of why I just wasted so much money?!?!? Besides I’m an idiot because I already know that answer.

Well, you got me. The gameplay is fun. That’s not the reason for the one star. I didn’t even play long enough to run into some of the issues other players have had. No, mine was on spending money. Granted, I was into this game. But, when you spend money on it and the next time you load up the game, everything you bought is gone. It was at that point I felt ripped off royally. Deleted and reinstalled and same thing. Shame. This game seems like it had potential.

Probably one of the worst survivor style games out there. Ads and ads for everything. It even ruins the combat flow because every level up you can watch and ad and even if you don’t there’s this 2-3 second delay for the continue button to show up because it’s trying to trick you into watching the ads. Ad removal is 20$ a month in a vip subscription. There’s achievementments for watching ads and in the half a day I spent playing I hit 65. Also red dots on everything some even on things that require using premium currency. Some things are on personal timers 24 hour timers desynchronized from the server time. Combat is slow and trivial until the boss fight that is an HP sponge that only serves as a gear check. The characters aren’t cool or well done just IP theft sold at 15$ each. The sound design is terrible, annoying, and repetitive. Could probably go on if I want to nitpick but this is just the stuff off the top of my head

There are so many better games in this genre you’d be doing yourself a favor to play any of them other than this one

Tried force closing and updating, can’t play anymore. Before that the leaderboards didn’t work either. Only playing bots, not actual players in PvP. Zombies keep becoming ghost enemies and can’t finish match. Update: Act 4:4 is impossible. Game makes you feel like you’re progressing good and everything is easy until 4.4. It’s not possible unless you spend money. I’ve spent almost 8 hours trying. Also, the Halloween event is complete trash rewards unless you have battle pass; thus making this game a cash grab. The entire game is impossible unless you spend money. Screw these mf devs
Edit: PvP sometimes causes you unable to move and all players names are ???? So you have to back out. Backing out makes you lose points on leaderboard. Happened like 6/10 games and lost over 100 ranks on leaderboards.
Bots in game also have this blue laser beam that instant kills you despite my attack powe being x5 theirs. Can’t even remotely come close to them or it’s instant death. PvP is almost imposse with these fake bots

There are sooooooo many glitches. I’ve played the same level 9 times and then the opponents freeze forcing a start over. This last time I got stuck in a bus that was on the edge of the map that caused me to die. Too many ads and I paid for a few things. This could be a really good game especially seeing how there are so many like it or this one is like so many others. Even the extra content gets boring and makes no sense

The game is fun and entertaining in the beginning however with the 20-30 second ads you HAVE to watch to boost up your attributes kill the game. Eventually you will notice a 3 minute board could take you 10-20 extra minutes to play because of this.
Also, eventually after watching way too many ads, an ad will leave you in a black screen that you can do nothing but close the game to get out of it. On my experience, when you reopen the game, you lose some of the levels that you put your attributes up to which gets really frustrating.
Lastly, when you hit the higher levels of the level your playing, the graphics cannot keep up with the game mechanics and it glitches and freezes horribly. Especially when the entire screen is filled with the ridiculous amount of enemies that you cannot even see your own character.

The game was fun until the latest update where you have to survive until the timer runs out. You are bombarded with more enemies than you can handle so early on by the second round you have no life and your skills aren’t even leveled up enough to kill anyone. I’m on stage 18 and I even went down to stage 16 and couldn’t even beat that. Maybe Tone it doesn’t a bit.

I like the game in general but you reach a ceiling pretty fast. You can’t even get new characters from the shop because only Goku has been available for months now and that’s only if you pay. Then its no way to get the pieces to upgrade the 2 characters they do give you. Then for the weapons you barely get enough drops in the levels to really upgrade everything.

Watching an ad to revive always end in the game continuing in the background(audio included) and you are killed again when watching the ad, meaning you die fully after the ad ends. Fix this and it’s a great contender for vampire survivor style game. Really great linear upgrade path keeps me competitive in higher levels. The spells could do with some adjustment in power, wisp is by far the most useful. Additional spells or combinations or upgrades would also be awesome!

I get several ads(Google white “feedback”screen; Frost&flame will jump between store page and the close ad X button takes you back to store in an endless loop)
Only way to fix this is force close UndeadCity and lose progress on the run more often than not, game won’t even recognize your run(welcome back you’ve been gone for 1hour 33minutes jewel and gold reward screen) and you’ve wasted time on ads getting 2nd skills during the run.
Infuriating and time wasting pointlessness in UndeadCity deleting kind of way…
Love the mechanics of the game, but not at this “cost”
Don’t recommend it unless you can tolerate futility at high rate.

1) In PvP, 1 vs all they are all bots. I left the game for 2 minutes and the game paused the whole time. Honestly, i would prefer if the game was only PvP with actual players, but realizing its all bots kinda ruins my favorite part of the game.

2) This SHOULD be an easy fix. Make a collect all button for rewards. Ads are annoying but at least I understand why they are there. Making me click collect each individual time when i have 30 of the same reward to collect? Idk seems to me like you are just wasting time that i could be playing the game and in turn watching ads…

3) Finally, the ads are brutal! You don’t actually need to watch any technically, but to actually beat a level, you typically need to watch 20-30. Just way too excessive.

If the 2nd is fixed, ill go to 4 stars. I get the others are harder. Gotta make money and need enough players for PvP, but maybe:

1) every other power-up is free, so its only 10-15 adds instead of 20-30?

2) An alternative PvP where player stats and abilities are uniform so any player can play any player. Should have the people to fill games like that most times right?

Many games like this, this one is a bit mid because other rogue likes have small differences in the features like “magnet attracts all but magnets” and an upgrade system to unlock perks. If the game implemented these and we get a bit more hero’s to use we’re good

This game is amazing it’s worth buying the VIP I promise I’m speaking from first hand knowledge. They actually listen to their buyers as well also follow them on discord they are very active! Just give the developers time to fix issues especially if everyone is having the same issue. Great game!

By far this game is one of the most amazing & entertaining games I’ve played in my life. Really addictive & great skins! Great thing about this game is that you don’t have to spend money to win! Yes it has ad’s but the ads aren’t forced! I recommend everyone try! Thankyou to the developers of the game!

Absolutely love the style of this type of game! So much fun and my son loves to play as well but the last few weeks I’ve tried everything and as soon as I get on the game it stays on the first screen and that’s it. So sad I can’t ply this game anymore

I spend hours on this awesome game and unlike most games I’ve found this one to get better and bette! Capybara was super supportive and helpful and that’s turning me even more into an absolute fan!!! Can’t wait for the new levels coming soon. Exceptional Game!!!!

Don’t know why but the game is starting to glitch a lot on gear level ups and buying boxes

At first I gave a 1 star review because after a update it reset my progress all the way to the start and i emailed the customer service and after emailing back and forth they gave me all the stuff I lost back and saved the data for me so I wouldn’t loose all my stuff again
