Having totaled my car, I have had to use your delivery system. Everytime I place an order my credit card is invalid. I usually reenter my credit card number and it goes through. I have probably 15 cc numbers listed on your checkout site. Last week I decided to call your customer service number for a $300 order. I ended up buying it at Total Wine, and when your customer service called me back, it was 2 days later. Your store is less than 2 miles frome my home, and is always my first choice. Your staff is great and I enjoy their reccomendations.. However your 888 customer service is a joke. No one ever answers the phone, and to get back to a customer 2 days later does nothing. Total Wine has made well over $1000 in sales because of the problems on your website and no follow through from your customer service.
When you try to sign in app locks up and you have to close out and come back to get to sign in screen after that tells you that your account is invalid. Yet you can use the same credentials to work on website.
I’ve seen some useless apps but this one takes the cake. I think a middle school programmer made ABCFineWineSpirits. I can’t login now. Did ABCFineWineSpirits get a QA and QC process or was something thrown against the wall to see if it would stick?
I can't add a credit card to the payment online order a few times. I tried to change my credit cards. It was unable. I am disappointed with ABCFineWineSpirits.
Do I can’t lang in. It’s as simple as that. Go to your web browser and I can Log in fine. But ABCFineWineSpirits says I don’t exist. ABCFineWineSpirits is garbage and less functional than the web version. Thanks abc. Also check my account abc. I’m a member who buys for parties regularly. But I guess not enough to make your app work like the other fake reviews.
Trying to use ABCFineWineSpirits and dealing with all the pop-ups is so very frustrating. There needs to be a way to deactivate them.
I tried to log in using my abcfws user login info, but I get an “email login - invalid user” error. Are they not one and the same? If yes, I hope the error gets fixed.
Not the best app but not the worst either. Just seems like not much effort is made on continuous improvement. It would be nice to be able to send links to products to friends and I keep ruining into better deals on ABCFineWineSpirits than are available in the store. The stores won’t price match their own app! There is no way to tell what deals are only available on ABCFineWineSpirits .

Great staff! Carmine friendly very knowledgeable on wines. Anthony awesome. Clean store well stocked. Manager Kim is fantastic she is always available and ready to help, answer any questions. It’s always a pleasure to shop in this store. Highly recommend ABC111. They always greet you with a smile and offer any assistance! Wow! Isn’t that refreshing. (They even offer a tasting station to sample some products, great prices too!)
Even though ABCFineWineSpirits is new it has exceeded my expectations. I love having the option for delivery and pick up!
